"This was my second time staying here, and the location is great. They have a parking lot, and there's a drugstore and a department store within a 3-5 minute walk (with a huge clothing section and supermarket). The hotel is very clean, has a large public bath, and even a washing machine in the room! I'll definitely be back again."

"Absolutely delighted with this hotel! The friendly front desk staff kindly arranged an early check-in for me. They offered a fantastic selection of complimentary snacks and lounge drinks, and even put on a free fireworks display. Dinner was delicious, truly showcasing the rich flavors of Ryukyuan cuisine, and was accompanied by an excellent sanshin performance. The location is incredibly convenient: the beach is just a short walk across the road, and there's a FamilyMart convenience store right opposite. I was thoroughly satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit the north!"

"The room is big, we book one room for 5 people, they provide 5 beds for us. The washing machine and dryer machine are free. Only need to pay laundry soap. The car park is free also. Overall, my kids and all of us really like the hotel."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with Bus 120 stopping right outside the entrance. It also features a private beach. Overall service was good, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms, however, felt a bit dated, reminiscent of older Best Western properties. The slippers provided were also quite slippery."

Had a pleasant stay overall and we look forward to our next stay with best western in the near future!"

ホテルの立地は大きな道路を渡ればすぐに21ビーチがあり、名護十字路で飲んでも、まあ歩いて？来れる距離にあります
朝食なしのプランで予約してしまったので、次の日の朝食をお願いしようと何度かフロント？に立ち寄ったのですがお会いする機会がなく、朝食は諦めました。
しかし、すぐ隣に宮里そばがあったので、沖縄に来たらそば食べなきゃ！と思い宮里そばに行きました。宮里そばは人気のお店で観光客も地元の方も多く、以前食べに行った時は席があくまで待ち時間がありましたが、ホテルの部屋からまだお客さんが少ないのを確認して行ったので、ゆっくり食べることができました
次回の滞在では朝食を事前に予約しておこうと思います。期待してます♡"

"The overall experience of this accommodation is very good. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. You can confirm online before check-in, check-in and pick up the key via video on site. The process is clear and fast. "The room is very large, with a hall and a separate room. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and you can also cook wild food. The location is great, next to the pineapple garden and the fruit kingdom. It’s only about a 20-minute drive to the Sea Tower. Overall, very satisfied. Will stay here again next time. "

I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip.

👍 What I liked:
• Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
• Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for.
• View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
• Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim.
• Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming.
• Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

👎 What could be improved:
• Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed.
• Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff.
• Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask.
• Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience.
• Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook.
• Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient.
• No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic property for families. It is truly an all inclusive resort with fantastic rooms, food options, facilities and in room amenities. The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc.). On site breakfast was also great with two options - both showcasing Okinawa delicacies with great quality. The on site shop also sells almost every major Okinawan specialty along with convenience store necessities.

Ddun²Not great. I knew the room would be small, but the AC was also incredibly loud. The only upside was its proximity to the beach, but there's absolutely nothing else around here. I wouldn't recommend staying. I chose this hotel hoping for some peace and quiet, but they put me in a room right by the elevator, which was incredibly noisy in the middle of the night. Service was practically non-existent.

Lawson and 711 within 100m of hotel and parking is free.
Walking distance to Fruit land and Pineapple land, so it's pretty convenient.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, the grounds were large, and the circulating bus was cute. The driver was attentive to requests and had a great service spirit, allowing for a relaxing stay.
What I didn't like was that I had to ask the front desk staff multiple times because I didn't understand their explanations.
Also, there was a long line for the carts at checkout in the morning, and the person in charge of moving them seemed irritated, which I think is something that needs improvement.

SstephcharleyThe hotel was a value for its price and location. Extremely close to many convenience stores and local chain restaurant drive-thrus, walkable distance so that’s great. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful, amenities were provided and good to use. The room size was decent sized. The only thing to complain about is the mouldy smell of the room and how worn out the room and facilities are.

黑黑化肥會揮發Almost self-catering accommodation. There's a large cemetery next door; I didn't pay attention to the comments when booking. The room was fully equipped, including a gas stove and frying pan.
There was a washing machine in the room; closing the partition door reduced the noise considerably. There was a coin-operated 100 yen dryer downstairs. There was also a clothesline on the balcony.
I was satisfied with the facilities, but dissatisfied because:
1. The air conditioning automatically turned off between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM for two consecutive nights. Even when it turned on, it would only run briefly before stopping. 😠
2. The TV automatically turned on at 6:30 AM for two consecutive nights.
I don't speak Japanese; could you please check if the previous guest set the automatic on/off function with the remote?

GGuest UserAt night, I drove to the headquarters for one night. I chose it because I could check in before 12 o'clock. There is a parking lot for 700yen one night next to it. Hotel facilities are not new, the floor aisle has a smell, but the room and toilet are not. The room type is large, the water is hot enough, the air-conditioning is strong, the bed is big but soft.

Ideal after a cycling trip and to explore Nago area; it's near the Nago mountain, and close to the beaches nearby, as well as many restaurants! Had a great time here. The hotel room had a bath, which I enjoyed after a full day of walking, swimming, and cycling! I added some pictures of the cycling, the waterfall nearby, the road nearby, and the view at the coast which is a couple hundred meters away! The Nago mountain is also at walkable distance!

GGuest UserWe booked our room in the main building but eventually they offered us a room in another building. Still nice sea view but the balcony is not as nice as the one we originally booked. Also it’s far from the main hotel beach area. Anyway the weather was not so good so we couldn’t really go to the beach. What a pity because the hotel has a pretty nice beach area.
