Arrived before 15:00 by accommodation during Golden Week. There was only one group of guests at the reception and I was able to check in immediately. The accommodation fee was prepaid. The room was on the 7th floor and I could see the sea from the window, but I could see the forest in front of me better than the wind that spreads all over. It may feel a bit old, but it was clean and cozy. The pool was planted and lined with beach chairs, and the atmosphere of the resort hotel in the South was good, and it was spacious and satisfied. I booked dinner at check-in and used the dinner buffet from 19:00. There was no high-class menu, but all the rich menus such as color 々 Okinawa cuisine were delicious. There were a lot of home cooking menu, so is it worth the amount of 5,000 yen? The part seems to have an impression of 々 and 々, but I was very satisfied and ate too much. I settled it locally after the meal. Breakfast was lined up shortly before 6:30 at the start. There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones. Even ministers like luxury hotels were not as if they were dealing with each other, but for me, I didn't stretch my shoulders, so I could relax with this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a customer service like a luxury hotel, you may have a different impression from me. I also carry my luggage to my room. I think the amount is a little cheaper than that of a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied with it.

Our small group of friends enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Busena Terrace in Okinawa and only wished we could have stayed longer. We were there off season in early December so the outdoor pool was closed and the hotel was not very busy so we could enjoy the facilities with peace and quiet instead of the hustle and bustle of peak season in the summer. We were very fortunate that the weather cooperated and it was sunny and warm throughout our stay. The good weather also helped us to appreciate one of the hotel's key features - the stunning sunsets from your own room's private balcony. The hotel is old but the rooms have been recently renovated so everything in the room was in good condition. My room was on a higher floor with a large balcony that easily accommodated 4 people sitting out for drinks at sunset. The room itself is also very large with a sitting area next to the balcony and a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It was very comfortable. The setting of the hotel is very picturesque and you can see the view from everywhere in the facility. The property has both the Busena Terrace and a separate higher end hotel called The Terrace Club at Busena, and there are shops and restaurants located around the huge property, large enough that there is a tram service to go from one area of the property to another, though of course you can easily walk it too in 10 minutes or so. You will need a car if you wish to go out anywhere as the property is not located near anything else. Even a convenience store - except for the small bare basics one located on the property - would require a short drive as it would be a very long walk. Service everywhere is first class. We had the breakfast buffet at Cafe Terrace La Tida and there was a very good selection of food on offer including local specialties such as sea grapes salad and a Taco rice omelette on offer one day. Although the main outdoor pool was closed in December since it is off season, there is also a smaller indoor pool that can be used. For working out, there is a gym with many piece of cardio equipment but no weight training equipment. Upstairs from the gym there are separate Japanese baths and saunas for men and women. You can never get tired of the view as it changes from day to night. The setting of the hotel is beautiful and you are sure to enjoy your stay.

I stayed here for 4 days as it's situated in the middle of most of the attractions i was going. Location : good. It has some good restaurants down the road (approximately 5-10mims drive) besides, it's easy to access to the rest of the places. This hotel is approximately 1.4km away from the place to take glass boat bottom. Food : breakfast was fantastic! I would say it's a great selection of food, but not wide. They rotate the breakfast daily. So you wont get bored of eating the same everyday. Room : spacious with nice sea view. We requested foe higher floor and also sea view. So our room was 814. It's spacious enough to put two huge luggage ard. Carpeted flooring. And they also offer 2 types of bedroom slippers. Facilities : there is a laundromat at the basement. No money exchange machine. So would need to change with the receptionist before washing. Souvenir store at level 1 sell great stuff. From food, to clothings, to mask. There is also an activity center which you can book to snorkel etc. would recommend to go early and book ahead as it seems to quite popular. Unfortunately, they didn't have a slot for us, so we didnt manage to try. Service : Average. The receptionist are not very friendly. They tried their best to offer the help, but i think their service can improved better. Maybe a bit more warmth smile and gesture may have make this a pleasant stay. But, breakfast service staff are very nice. There is this particular lady, that would greet us happily and she is also fast in keeping the place clean. Despite that she is busy, she will still give her best to service everyone. I like her! Carpark : hotel carpark is limited. So if you happen to return late and the carpark is full, you may need to park opposite. There are 4 carparks available. The only directly opposite the hotel is carpark 2 , there are also carpark 3 & 4, which is not very faraway. Especially weekend, the hotel gets really full as there would be Japanese flying over for short break. This hotel seems to have revamped. So the room looks new and comfortable. So, i would recommend this hotel for 1st timer as it's relatively affordable and also convenient.

The resort itself is beautiful. View of the ocean abound, two gorgeous pools, lots of space to walk or drive your resort-assigned golf cart. Here are the pros, cons, and MUST KNOW information. ****MUST-KNOW INFORMATION*** -The resort offers a rental car with room to people coming from out of the country. Do not make the same mistake we did. GET YOUR INTERNATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE before you leave your home country. It is easy and cheap, but once you leave home, it is impossible to get this. This resort is REMOTE, so if you cannot drive, you will spend a lot of cash on taxis to get anywhere outside of the resort. -The closest city/town in Nago, which has great grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend bringing some food with you or buying food off the resort property, in order to save a bit of money. The cheapest dinner option is approx. $45 per person (not counting if you want a glass or beer, sake or wine). -When you choose a room, it is NOT worth getting the highest priced Beach Condo unless you are coming with a large group and want to share one room. The beach condos offer less modern accommodations with no coffee provided and they are not necessarily as private as they seem. The pool offered is small and shared by 4 units - one of which has a huge window right in front of the pool. PROS: -Very professional and excellent service throughout the resort. We particularly enjoyed the staff at the buffet dinner restaurant. There were some international service members (Jersey from the Philippines provided STAND-OUT customer service with a smile) and spoke perfect English. -Incredible free breakfast! Hard to describe, but you can see some of this in the attached photos. Both American (eggs, pancakes, tater tots) and Japanese (rice, miso soup, tuna, sea****, steamed vegetables) traditional breakasts, many beverage options (iced/hot coffee and tea, juice, soda, water), and even options for kids/infants -If you have children under 5, this is a place that will cater to your needs. Most of the people at this resort are young couples with infants and toddlers. We even saw a family eating dinner with a full-on pack-n-play next to their table, so their baby could sleep through dinner. It is amazing. We did NOT see anyone breast-feeding publicly, but there are spaces provided to do this out of view of other guests. -The swimming pools are gorgeous and very-well cared for, as are the grounds. If you golf, you'll love the opportunity to hit the course while you are here. CONS: -If you do not speak any Japanese, you will find it difficult to communicate with staff. Thankfully one of us speaks and Google Translate is also helpful. -REMOTE - there is nowhere you can walk to from the property. No stores or restaurants within biking or walking distance. Make sure to have a car if you want to get off the property. -LOTS OF RULES - Japan is a rule-based society and this property is no different. Pools are open limited hour

Although some parts of the exterior and elevators were old, the interior had been properly rebranded, and the design was such that you could feel the ocean and nature of Okinawa. This time, I misunderstood the check-in time and arrived early, but the staff was happy to help me out. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Since the hotel is located a little far from Nago city, I ate at the hotel buffet for dinner, which had a wide variety of food and was of course very satisfying. There was also an Okinawan folk song performance, which both locals and tourists can enjoy. If I had to point out one thing that bothered me, it would be that the parking lot is not fully maintained. In addition to the gravel road, the dividing lines are hard to see, so you need to be careful when parking. However, overall it was a great hotel, so I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The service was good. However, the marine jet was noisy. I wanted to relax on the quiet beach, but the marine jet was noisy for hours and hours, and I was really frustrated. It's also really noisy because it comes to the nearby coast! Do you need to play with a marine jet or a banana boat at that hotel? I think the bad effect is very big. Since it is an adult hotel, I think it is better to stop the service for young children, to enjoy the resort quietly, and to do the service for adults to drop money. When it becomes a hotel for children or in their twenties, I think adults who drop money will never come. Also, 4 human chairs in the pool are unnecessary. It should be a bed type. Even though it's a pool, I can't sleep at all because there is an unnecessary 4 human chair. So no one was in the pool. I think this is the answer. Others were good. But there was a bad part, so I made it - 1.

Until now we stayed every year for Christmas at the Busena Terrace Hotel. On their recommendation we stayed this year the first time at “The Terrace Club at the Busena”. Just for comparison some pros and cons. Pro: Excellent, spacious room with all amenities which you expect from a five star hotel. Excellent concierge service. Big thanks to Mr. Umeki who not only accommodated our questions and requests but also was very proactive and recommended as many things. Overall the hotel staff is very polite and attentive. Just to mention that different than the other hotels in Japan English is not an issue. Cons: The restaurant has room for improvement. Actually the breakfast in the main hotel “Busena Terrace” is significantly better. The club lounge is sometimes crowded in the peak hours when the hotel is fully booked. Overall recommendable location.

Pros: Very clean room with 2 queen-sized beds at the highest level. Room just nice for both of us with amazing seaview. Beds are very comfortable and toilet spacious with a bathtub. Self collect toiletries at the reception. The hallway is very quiet so we have good sleep throughout the night. Is a small hotel with about 20-25 rooms. 2 small couches to sit. The are 2 chairs on the balcony. Cons: The beds have no headboard and are light and move easily thus we cant lean on the headboard to read. Not enough place to store our things nor to hang clothes. The breakfast was so so with a bento set consisting 2-3 pieces of meat, some vegetables and coffee. TV channels are limited, all in Japanese. No housekeeping. They put a set of new towels outside the room daily. Nothing much in Nago city except a trip to Churaumi Aquarium which is about 25 km away.

I stayed in a two double bed room for one night as the last day of a short stay in Okinawa. I was coming from a two-night stay ay the Hoshinoya Resort. The contrast of the two hotels was interesting. Hoshinoya is a very Japanese style place, which has its pluses and minuses. The RC is very much an American style hotel. Which is not bad at all. I appreciated the breakfast buffet and having a large plate of perfectly cooked scramble eggs and all the items that comprise American comfort breakfast food - the fluffy pancakes, bacon, etc. The rooms were also very well furnished with no end of amenities. The property itself is very clean and well laid out. If you are a smoker, be aware you cannot smoke on the balcony and there is only one smoking area in the entire property. I also had the teppanyaki course dinner at Kise. The highest price Kise course ran around 30,000 yen. It was a bit pricey but the courses were excellent. I appreciated that the chef was low-key - no juggling of knives and spatulas. If you looking for a dependable place and also play golf, this would be worth a look. The English proficiency is still a bit of an issue, not all staff speak proficient English. That's not the fault of the hotel. I think that's a problem with Okinawa and Japan generally.

GGuest UserAlthough it is a long-term stay hotel, I think it is good for families in terms of room size, facilities and location. I stayed in the largest 2LDK type corner room. There were two toilets, one large bath and one shower room, both with an independent washbasin. Anyway, the room was large, and my 2 year old was running around the room. This time, I used it by my husband and wife and one child, but I would like to use it for the next 3 generations because there are two baths and toilets and two bedrooms in the room. The surrounding area is Okinawa Fruit Land and Pineapple Park, so I enjoyed the middle 々. You can also see the surrounding remote islands connected by the beautiful sea, Cape Hedo and the bridge based here. However, since the restaurant is not attached to the hotel, the rice will be used by the surrounding restaurants. You can use the cafe and hamburger shop right next door in the morning and noon, but you should think a little at night! If you are within walking distance, you will only have Italian or yakiniku. When you go to other places, you will be using a car or taxi. Lawson and Seven are almost in front of you, so there is no particular problem. Others wrote in word of mouth, but if you want to change bath towels only once, you will be charged. I think that you should wash yourself because there is a washing machine and dryer! There was a laundry detergent, but there is no fabric softener, so you may bring it with you. There is no room cleaning even for consecutive nights, so if you ask, there was a charge! (There is a vacuum cleaner in the room.) Recommended for those who travel like living.

CcocolaniThe weather was bad and it was a very disappointing stay, but the facilities are the best !! The room was lost with the plague at first, but the bathroom arrangement, the chair like the hammock, and the pool size to the annex. It was convenient to dry wet swimsuits and towels with kitchen, living room and gas type dryer. While the weather was bad, I found the sunny time and went to the nearby old Uri Island to swim and wash dry!! → to the sea → wash dry! → to the sea !! → wash dry! → pool!! Like. There is nothing that is disgusting to use wet swimsuits. It's in the northern countryside, and there are few shops around at night, so on the first day I went to buy sushi at itoman, fried food, and fruit at the road station. On the 2nd day, I booked a BBQ iron plate and BBQ (food and seasoning are prepared by myself). I took out and ate at the neighborhood Benjamin burger for lunch. If it was really weather, I should have enjoyed more night pools, but I wanted to lie on the poolside beach bed and the boat floating in the pool during the day. The good thing to take is the bath mat. I'm prepared, but if it's a large number, I'm going to use a wet mat for the next person (if it's a family, I don't care, but I'm going to try to avoid stress on traveling with others) It is convenient for two bathrooms and the door to enter the living room from the pool, and there is no wet foot in the entrance. Other bath towels to take to the beach !! There is only one person per person. It was convenient that the washing was not in time. Others are mats floating in the pool. Strong mat (boat) can be bought at ABC in Hawaii for less than $4 because it is sluggish to bring it I brought a mat. It's good to float. It was very good but not perfect. There are some dissatisfaction. Very loud voices and footsteps echo to the bedroom. Even if you are careful about the sound of slippers, it sounds !! You can park 2 cars in the parking lot, but it is close to 2 cars of the rental car. Also, the road width is very narrow in the neighborhood, and the surroundings are depressed with weeds, so I care about driving. It was very creepy when I went to the convenience store on a dark night. Still, I liked it very much here!! I can't return to the hotel anymore. I will definitely stay again next year (no, the weather is bad and incomplete combustion, so if I can do it this year again).

NNomane_CityThe hotel in Nago is almost ocean view. You can see the sea of morning burning from the room. The hotel will be larger. This time it was a single use, but the bed in the room is queen size? King? Anyway, it's big, and no matter how much you roll alone, you won't fall from the bed. Co ・ workspace on the first floor. There is a shared workspace and it is large in space, so I think it is comfortable for work. There are few restaurants nearby and convenience stores are a bit far. Be careful because the tavern behind is in the corona pass and the business time is 23 o'clock. The next restaurant seems to be not open now.

NNiameowThis place was super clean and updated. It has a parking spot and located near some of the touristy destinations. It has a kitchenette if you'd like to cook by yourself. You need to purchase a detergent, but your room has a laundry and dryer. For accommodations in Japan, I found this place was spacious. No complain. I stayed at a couple of other places in Okinawa, and I liked this place the best so far. I would stay here again!

DDeparture809482I wanted to stay near the sea. I looked for various information. There is a small sandy beach under my eyes. The main building ・ annex ・ East building is facing the south side and has a veranda ・ window. From Nago Bay to the headquarters Peninsula and far to the East China Sea. The rooms are up to 13 floors, but if you look at the sea far away, you don't seem to be so different on any floor. The high floor is expensive for accommodation, but... I planned several months ago aiming at the low price of airfare and off-shi―zn, but the decrease in inbound, corona beers, etc. are unexpected. I was a little lost because the situation changed and there was danger, but I decided to know that the air in the plane would be replaced in 3 minutes to JAL ・ ANA HP at the end of 2. The hotel was ventilated and adjusted with heating and cooling ・ dry. The weather was ”February wind”, and Naha Airport landed from the north and took off north. It was clear and sunny. Mochizuki was in the west of the headquarters Peninsula at dawn...

__G5217RBThere is no ”front desk”. In front of the entrance, from the car that is parked, the uncle who was riding is called, fill in the accommodation card at the office, and get the key. A common one-room type hotel, the room we stayed had a semi-double bed and a single bed. There were also refrigerators, washing machines, pots and knifes. The dryer is shared and is at the entrance of the hotel. There is also Wi-Fi. It is an ordinary hotel. However, there is no store within walking distance.

JJiangmeiI used it for the first time. Overall recommended hotel! Other than that the parking lot was a little narrow and the bed was too soft for me, it was very good ^ ^ It was convenient because there was a convenience store nearby. Although it was far from the veranda, the sea was visible and the night view was beautiful at night. The staff at the front desk explained everything in detail and I was able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. I will use it again!

SSAS971Location was perfect for my work : Tida ballet school. 5 minutes walk. Also close to the bus station 6-7 minutes walk. Beach is also walking distance .10 minutes. Room is great. Clean, big, flexible. Bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. The staff speak a bit of English. Check out time was noon on Trip.com But they told me 10am. That's the only downside of the experience. But you can add extra hours for 1000 yen per hour.
