Good in general. Free shuttle to shopping area. Only negative was that i only managed to check in after 5pm that day as the room was not ready.

A big room , clean and newly renovated room (in 2002 ), toilet is big . Breakfast has great choices Taking a grab is easy , even though hotels not near any malls. For those light sleepers, good to take a room NOT facing the road. Aircon is not centralised type, so you can adjust the temperature in your own room. The TV selection is plenty.

probably the best value high-mid end hotel in batam. the staff are friendly and professional. most importantly, there's a sense of well deserved pride within the entire hotel. the company and staff know they're the best in class, and they work hard to maintain that level. btw, some of the daily rotation breakfast items are outstanding. not surprising that their occupancy rate is so high. well done

I stayed in the Aston’s 1BR apartment from 29th Mar - 1st Apr. 2nd floor.
Apartment is very clean and spacious. If you’re on the lower floor, you might facing the outside. There are dogs barking throughout the day, early morning/late night.
There is also the call to prayer that can be heard very clearly from your room in the lower floors.
My aircon was not working on check-in, took 2 calls & a trip down to front office to send someone. The person who did come was fast & efficient. Resolved the issue.
Breakfast is quite a large spread, international & local food.
Overall, quite a pleasant stay.
