The hotel is close to Grand batam mall and this is a good thing. However, it is very difficult to cross the road to the other side as this is a major road and very busy traffic. Most of the eateries and amenities are located in the opposite end.

I’ve stayed at Swiss Belinn a few times but this stay was not so pleasant. Sink was choked & aircon was leaking very badly. Water from shower flowed all the way to toilet bowl area. Towels were blackish. Hotel needs to look into maintaining standards. Nevertheless, Front desk staff was friendly & helpful as always.

The service is above average. Part of the lobby area is undergoing renovation and upgrading work now in April 2024 and May 2024. The location of the Hotel is near to GRAND BATAM and BATAM CITY SQUARE (BCS).
