Good helpfully staffs. Breakfast was good. Near to most massage location. Walking distance to Grand Mall shopping where U can have All Top Brands. Near to A2 and Nagoya food courts.
Will tell my friends to book Hotel 89 for their Batam holidays.

It's has been pleasures stay in the hotel. Upon of my extension stay in the hotel & changing room to room 8808 as I had left my reading glass & under wear from my previous room,The room service guy was very tremendous by his inniative,he immediately looked for me & return my belongings.What a marvellous guy he is.
He should be reward best employees of the month or year. I'm definitely looking forward to this coming June to return to the hotel.
