Well, for the price cant ask too much. Hotel need to be revamp and upgrade to be competitive. Run down in everything in the room.

Windowless room with no control of the aircon. Rundown toilet with broken tiles and open shower door that leaked all over the floor. The breakfast sucks. The fried rice was stale the only saving grace is the coffee which is decent.

Location is good, air con is cool bed sheet is brownish yellow, room has no window, paint of the wall was half new, half peeling off, towel is similar to the bed sheet color, ceiing is dripping of water

I paid for a superior room which is a king bed but the staff mention there are no more rooms left. Im left with no choice but to accept whichever rooms that is available.
2ndly, there is no wifi. The staff claimed they used their neighbours wifi.
3rd, the lift are not in use. So travelling with elderly, i had a hard time to assist them with the stairs.
4th, there is a leakage once i switch off the aircon.
Location wise is good as its near indoThai & SpaSecret. Opposite there is a shopping mall.

The Hills is one of the Options if Batam is crowded during the peak periods.It offers a better licatiin and near to popular mall sych as Nagoya.Streetfoods available at surrounding areas especially at night.Hotel quite clean and standards.Price reasonable s.
