Hotel abit run down and was told new boss is planning for overhaul, hope to see new face look , thanks for cleaner and front desk for helping to find back the soft toy even after next day check out.

I don't recommend anyone to stay there during weekend, there's a nightclub nearby and you can hear the loud music and beats throughout the night, plus the traffic from the road. Just couldn't get a good night rest unless you are someone who can sleep with all the noise. That being said, the hotel location wasn't too far from BCS mall, u can take a grab to get there. The room and bathroom was clean but the bathroom does have a sewage smell which wasn't pleasant so would advise that you keep the door closed. There's quite a selection of cable channels on the TV to keep you entertained.

Hotel is close to durian shop Opp there is durian shop too Further up is A2 food court Roof top there is bar Massage 24 hour they can cal for you Good service

Not bad everything is good and I like it 😄 recommended to book this hotel when come to Batam island 😂

simple and cozy place, reasonable price. Located near to Grand Batam and BCS Mall. Near to A2 foodcourt so is convenient

Have a normal stay at this hotel. As there's cockroaches in the toilet and also they did not really bring up our request of amenities which we needed.

Hotel near road . The room is very noisy when the vehicle passes by . Toilet door spoils can't close fully. Location is good for shopping. Walking distance to Grand Mall and BCS .

I like the hotel services, but the dj upstairs quite loud and is not comfortable for me to sleep and the queen bed quite small for both of us, then the stuff in bathroom like shower can't use at all.. overall is good thank

Affordable place for solo travellers that don’t demand much. The sky terrace is the most relax place that I love most☺️nice songs and ambience. Food served were so delicious to my taste.

Hotel is along the main road so it is loud and hard to sleep at night. Ordered room service and satay was tough. Staff were nice enough to replace with another set but the meat was still tough like microwaved meat. Staff was really nice and apologetic. Breakfast was horrible as the fried rice was almost stale. Very poor food quality and not much of a choice. Bed was saggy in room 310. Hotel was near food stalls across a busy road and about 7 min walk from Grand Batam Mall.

Very good condition and staff are good and friendly. They are willing to help and very courteous. Toilet also very clean.

Hard to sleep because thumping music at rooftop. The electric kettle was rusty and don't dare to boil water for coffee. Position of air-conditioning not directly to bed making it hot at the side.

Pleasant stay. Great location accessible to temple, food court, shopping mall, rooftop bar at hotel top floor, great green beer 👍🏻👍🏻
