It was an awesome stay with my family with a great room and its so clean. Great service from all the staffs.

The hotel is around 5 minutes drive from Harbour bay. Once reach we able to check in straight, hotel is good & clean & near to Nagoya hill mall, only the bus service is only 2 timing & the shower head is leaking. We was traveling with children & request for extra towel & pillow, but until check no extra. The hotel staff also was no helpful. Our luggage fell in the sea & all our clothes was wet, requested for laundry service but there no follow up. End up we end up find laundry service outside. Breakfast was meh~ average. Delay in topping up food once finish .

Overall a good stay but needs some improvement.
Will be nice to have small towel at the basin
Sleep was comfortable though and breakfast spread was extensive

I'm happy with the room size as it is spacious. I'm not so happy with the towel smell and water smell. The breakfast buffet was average but thankful that there were different food choices the next day. Was pleasantly surprised with live music in the morning while taking my breakfast. My mood was lifted :)

Enjoyed my stay here very much, clean and spacious. We booked the junior suite so had the apartment with balcony and 2 toilets, awesome even for 2 of us!
