離地鐵伏見站四,五號出口很近,方便出行,而且位置在巷內晚上也不吵.服務人員專業友善.提供的請潔洗浴卸妝用品對旅行的人很實用.一日遊當天我們淋濕了雖早早就退房但回來取寄存行李時還提供一楼的toilet 讓我們更衣並重新打包.太感謝了。

部屋やアメニティは良かったけど、外のうるさい声が丸聞こえと枕元に電源サイトが無いのが使いづらかったけど、値段的に、場所的にも良かったと思います。

Cute room. Unlimited toiletries in the lobby. Very friendly staff. We felt too warm in the room so they gave us a cute rotating electric fan so we can be comfortable in our stay. The hotel received our luggage even when we were out for a Shirakawago day tour. We accidentally left our wallet in the room and they contacted us for it. They did an extra mile in having the wallet delivered to our next hotel which is in Tokyo. We love this hotel. The only thing is that our room smelled like foul body odor so we kept the window open for proper ventilation

建物自身は古く感じますが、その分お部屋の手入れが行き届いていて安心して宿泊できました。洗面所・風呂・ベットが清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食は洋食を頂きましたが、ちょうど良い量で満足しました。唯一、ホテルの外の看板がロビーがある道路とは異なる道路面に掲げておられ、そこにはロビーはなく、見つけにくかったです。Google地図で見とけばよかったです。次回はスムースに行けます。

駅近で室内は掃除が行き届いていて綺麗。
フロントの対応もテキパキとしていて気持ちが良い。
アメニティはフロント横に置いてあるので必要なものだけ持ってゆくシステムなので少し面倒くさいかな。

Breakfast was good. The room was nice and compact, but the bathtub was too small to stand up from, so I think it would be nice if there was a handrail.
