由於在榮中心，去購物區、吃飯或者娛樂都很方便，步行10分鐘以內。
酒店內很乾凈，提供幾乎所有需要的一次性用品和護膚品。

三人房放了三張床和兩張椅子覺得擁擠，沒有空間可以開大行李箱。前往久屋大通、丸之內車站，都需要爬階梯，不方便提搭行李。有街景的房間，隔音很好。

距離最近的地鐵站是久屋大通，需要大概7-8分鐘，去榮商圈也是很方便的，房間稍微小一點，可是整體算很新了。
