三人房放了三張床和兩張椅子覺得擁擠，沒有空間可以開大行李箱。前往久屋大通、丸之內車站，都需要爬階梯，不方便提搭行李。有街景的房間，隔音很好。

距離最近的地鐵站是久屋大通，需要大概7-8分鐘，去榮商圈也是很方便的，房間稍微小一點，可是整體算很新了。

The hotel is located between Kuya-Odori and Marunouchi subway stations. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to both subway stations. The location is very convenient.
The front desk staff has good English skills and has no problem communicating. They provide luggage storage service (both before check-in and after check-out).
The room I stayed in this time was of medium size. It was no problem to open the suitcase. The room was clean and tidy, with good lighting. The bathroom was not small. The bed was soft and easy to sleep on.
The refrigerator is very small, only suitable for placing small candies, cookies and small cans of drinks.
No breakfast this time.

今回は母との旅行で利用させていただきました。
こちらのホテルを選んだ理由は口コミが良かったのと
とても綺麗で清潔感がありそうだなと思ったからですが、公式サイトの通り、ホテルのエントランスもラウンジもお部屋も清掃が行き届いていて大変、気持ちよく過ごせました。
ホテルスタッフさんも笑顔で接客してくださり、朝食は種類は多くはないですが、美味しく十分にいただけて満足でした。アメニティはバーにありましたが、クレンジングも化粧水も乳液もあり、とても助かりました。浴槽周りの換気も良く、さすが新しいホテルで設備も完備されているなと感じました。枕は硬い派と柔らかい派の方がいますが、一人に二つついている枕は硬いのと柔らかいのが両方あり、硬い派の私には嬉しかったです。
お客様目線に立ち、必要とするものがきちんとある、そして、気持ちよく過ごせたこちらのホテルは是非、またリピートしたいと思いました。お世話になりました。

お部屋にお水のペットボトルがついていたらなお、便利でしたが、近くにコンビニがあるので問題ないです。

初めて名古屋に今回Liveで行きました。
LIVE会場からは地下鉄で数駅ですが、大変満足でした。
全てが綺麗で清潔でお洒落なホテルで
リクエストして叶えて頂きました。
朝食も内容豊富で良かったです。昼夜の2回公演で最高のLIVEだったんですが、帰り遅くなってホテルまでの移動に疲れてたんですが、ホテルでゆっくり気持ち良く休めたので良かったです。
チェックアウトも11時だったので朝食食べてゆっくり出来たし、アメニティも揃っていて、洗面台にあったプラスチックのコップがお洒落でした。
チェックイン前の荷物を預かっていただく時に対応して頂いた女性の方が笑顔で対応も良かったのですが、
残念な事にチェックアウトの時の女性は無愛想でフロントにいて欲しくないですね。
朝から不機嫌な事があったんでしょうかね。
アウト後に荷物を預かって頂く際も対応の無愛想さ。
最悪。
あちこち泊まるんですが、どこにでも笑顔が出ないスタッフはいますね。
朝食にコーンスープがあればなお良かったと思います。
また機会があれば宿泊したいホテルです。

Hotel Keihan fulfilled all of my expectations. Its location is convenient but just outside the busy streets so there is not too many noises. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I would stay here again.
