酒店位置好，距離名古屋站步行4分鐘（名古屋站出口過馬路步行3分鐘就到。吃飯，商場，第二天前往高山白川鄉的車站都很近。酒店較新，乾淨整潔，床很舒服。一樓大堂有自助的洗漱用品和美容用品（面膜，化粧水，乳液，身體乳，洗面奶）以及咖啡、茶等。五星推薦。以後來名古屋還會續住。

とても便利な場所にあって移動しやすそうだったので、初めて利用させていただきました。機能的な間取りで清潔感があり、必要なものは全て揃っていて、快適に過ごすことができました。２階で窓からの景色が隣のビル壁ビューだったので、スマイル1つマイナスにしましたが、また出張の時などに利用したいと思います。

在自助入住的時候不知道女前台犯什麼神經，竟然擅自刪掉我剛輸好的郵政編碼，後來也沒有道歉，雖然後來有和其他前台溝通情況也和我道歉了但是傷害已經造成，所以第一次給相鐵差評，希望那位女前台吸取教訓，不是衹有你長手了，客人不需要你的時候不要指手畫腳。

ホテルの施設が丸ごと浄水されていて安心でした。部屋も清潔感があり、アメニティも豊富でした。パックがあったのが嬉しかったです。駅からも近くて立地も良かったです。近くに大きな薬局があったので便利でした。また出張の際には宿泊したいです。
