車站出來直走10分鐘就到哈，很好找，設施新，房間算是比較大的了，兩個行李箱可以攤開放。大堂洗漱用品，茶飲咖啡自取都不錯，前台有中文服務員，下次還會選擇這裏。

I really enjoyed my stay at VIA INN Nagoya Shinkansen-guchi! The location is excellent — it’s very close to Nagoya Station, just about a 10-minute walk away, so getting around the city is super convenient. There’s a Family Mart right downstairs and a Lawson within 3 minutes’ walk, which is very handy. The area also has plenty of great places to eat, including several ramen shops.
One pleasant surprise was discovering a huge Aeon supermarket just a 10-minute walk away — and it’s open 24 hours! Perfect for grabbing late-night snacks or doing some quick shopping.
The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room felt cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended! 🌟

Love the location just minutes from Nagoya station. A family mart downstairs makes it so convenient. Also near a halal restaurant across the road. Room is very clean but a bit small but perfect for solo traveller.

Nothing to fault with hotel. Only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is due to wait for washing machine. This could be issue with other guests.
We had to send luggage to another city and the staff were extremely helpful with this.

位置很好，離名古屋車站走路幾分鐘。房間精緻緊湊，乾淨衞生，隔音效果好，住在電梯旁邊的房間都沒噪音。如果不要求大空間，這家酒店是很好的選擇。
