The hotel facilities are relatively old, and it feels like the 1970s or 1980s (or even earlier)... But it is clean and ok. It is close to the station and not expensive.

The room is much bigger than expected, probably because it is a corner room. The bed is a bit hard, but it is clean. The bathroom is as small as ever, but it has everything. When checking in, the front desk will give each female guest a pearl mask, which is very considerate.
The breakfast is a normal business hotel breakfast, mainly Japanese style. It is relatively simple.
