I was disappointed that my request at the time of booking was not reflected.
While that can't be helped,
it was disappointing that nothing was mentioned about it.
It would have been better if they had just said one word...maybe.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the big public bath, which was the deciding factor for me to stay, has two bathtubs, and personally, the hotter one was the best! The breakfast also had a variety of side dishes, all of which were delicious! (The photos of the food on the website look a bit shabby, but there was freshly made tofu, seasonal stews, and the salad was fresh and delicious, so it was completely different from the impression given by the website, in a good way!)

It's clean. I left my cosmetics in the bath, but they said they weren't there. They were probably stolen.

I couldn't fit my car in the parking lot, so I was grateful for the guidance to a nearby parking lot. Also, when the wifi in the room didn't work, they responded quickly and it was very helpful.
If I have the opportunity to go again, I would definitely like to use it.
