It was great that it was close to Kokusai Street. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the International Street, convenient for eating and traveling

After staying for three days, the waiter did not clean the room, and the garbage had to be piled at the door before being taken away.

The location is very convenient... The facilities are relatively new... But the hot springs close too early every night... There is no bottled water supply... Staffs there don't speak English...

Kukje Street is located about 4 minutes away, so the convenience store is close, so it's good It's so small that there's no space to put a suitcase The bathroom is quite small, but the water is good. there is only However, what beats all of this is the price. Good value for money if you want to stay overnight

This price is a three-person/four-person room, including breakfast and hot springs, which is great value. The only disadvantage is that the decoration of the room is a bit old-fashioned and the bathroom is a bit too small, which feels like a prefabricated Japanese-style small bathroom

立地はよく、コンビニもセブンとファミマが近くにあります。部屋はコンパクトで、水回りもきれいでした。朝食も種類があり明るくて綺麗な会場でした。隣のスパ銭が使えるので、歩いた疲れを癒すことができました。

I have stayed here before. This hotel has a fairly large hot spring facility with various types of baths and saunas. This is free to use for hotel guests. The hotel is a short walk from Miebashi monorail station.

Disappointed with Hotel is not included “onsen” service. If need to “onsen” , must be buy the ticket with hotel , but hotel & staff is no mention about that before booking or check-in. Parking is Valet Parking, need to pass the key to hotel. But I received the rent car company their call to asking about the car alarm is keep going off last night. but hotel have notice me or take any action. Overall this hotel not friendly with travelers , not helpful with their staff. “Onsen” not included, parking service is bad. compare with my hold trip, this is the worst hotel in my trip.

Pretty clean and nice bathhouse

Since the buildings are different, it is inevitable that there will be disparities in the rooms, and I can understand that there are also disparities in prices. I think it's strange to have extreme disparities in amenities. The disposable slips in the room have also been purposely changed, and the toothbrushes are completely different. Ice is also available at supermarkets for a fee. There is a huge difference. It's too bad.

I stayed in the East Tower! The rooms were renovated and beautiful! It was a very cheap stay with a spa! Breakfast wasn't included so I added it. The restaurant was very relaxing and nice!

Even though I've stayed here more than 10 times, I was disappointed that the front desk asked me if this was my first time. The refrigerator motor in the room was very loud, so I unplugged it during my stay. Also, the air conditioning was set to default, It's been a while since Okinawa has had cold days, but the heating didn't work and there were no extra blankets, so this time it was the worst environment.

I stayed for 2 nights, but on the first night I didn't have a nightgown, so I thought it was a hotel like that, but on the second night when I was out, they provided me with a second nightgown. I don't think it's possible without an apology. It was extremely cold and I tried to turn on the air conditioner, but there was no heating function. Is this normal in Okinawa? Even when I turn on the TV, there aren't many channels, and I wish it had at least BS. Maybe the door is thin, but I couldn't sleep because of the loud voices of children on the same floor. The hot springs were crowded with people not from the hotel, so it was cramped and I couldn't relax.
