The hot spa was nice but the staff didn’t seem like they knew much. Parking is confusing, I arrived early was told to park at the parking tower then was directed to park to a lot of the right. Had to tell them about my parking then they charged me 1800 yen. Note there’s a 800 yen parking lot across from the hotel.

初めてのロジワールスパタワー泊
夕方17:00頃のチェックインで少し並びました。
部屋は清潔感ありアメニティも質が良かったです。朝食ビュッフェは野菜、果物も新鮮で美味し買ったです。

Not a bad resort to stay while in Naha, but do take note that they charge 1,800 yen per night for parking, which is quite steep

已經第二次入住，舒服，超like佢個溫泉♨️，日日都要浸，酒店旁有超市👍🏻👍🏻酒店內又有duty free 買夠手信放入喼，唔駛去到機場先買， check out之後直接搭的士去機場亦好近，但距離單軌列車較遠

酒店房間像幾十年前的設計，房間的燈很暗，也沒有獨立開關掣。整體可以說不及格，早餐主要是日式，如喜歡吃西式早餐的人仕，將會非常失望。價格不便宜，不值得光顅！

訂了豪華客房卻安排在走很遠的舊樓，一進客房空氣就不好窗景看貨輪，又要走很遠回大廳櫃台請服務人員幫忙換新樓房間，櫃台表示只能降級換次一等級的房型或加錢換高一級的房型，問要加多少錢，居然一晚要加3萬，5晚要加15萬日幣，不是付不起是感覺在搶錢，只能選降級的房型，櫃台小姐還聲明只能換一次，態度有些不耐煩，房間浴室沒有乾濕分離真是不太方便，住5晚最後一天想説隔天是下午三點的班機問櫃台明天11的退房可否延到12點，回答要加3300日幣，聽了真是無言。
