we parked at the wrong spot and the receptionist got mad and told us to move the car. After moving the car he didn’t say where to park or what to do next and stayed inside the hotel. I went in to ask where to park and he told me it would be 1,500 yen to park so i asked if there are other parking and he just said coin parking. He didn’t even tell us where. We couldn’t find a parking spot so I asked if I can cancel, he said yes and took the keys without explaining anything else. I asked him if i could get a refund and he told me to contact support and they’ll come back with me in a few days and left to go at the back.
The staff was very rude and he kept walking out on us. I also read their reviews on google after and most of the reviews said the staff was rude. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a friendly environment place to stay.

駐車場が高すぎる。お金を払っているのに別の宿泊者に停められていた日もあった。管理が行き届いてない。
部屋の布団は黄色いシミ、血のシミがあり清潔感がまるでない。コバエも飛んでいた。ベランダには前の宿泊者のタバコの吸い殻があり清掃が全く出来ていない。

駐車場は有料で1500円、チェックイン時に『普通自動車で来ているならここに停めて』と案内されたのは屋根のない駐車場。台風の影響で雨風強い中、ガラガラに空いた屋根付き駐車場から屋根無しの駐車場に移動させる必要があったのでしょうか。値段に見合う価値のない駐車場・対応だったと思います。
別のミスター金城では洗濯機は無料だが、ここでは300円かかる。
お部屋は一見綺麗だが、洗面台は詰まっていたり、蚊の死骸があったり...
少し高くても別の近隣ホテルに泊まればよかったと後悔しました。
