The location is excellent, just inside Kokusai Street and 3 minutes away from Makishi Station. There is a washing machine and dryer, so you only need to bring 2 sets of clothes The counter staff was friendly, but they didn’t order breakfast rice balls on their behalf. Maybe I made a mistake

Although small, it has everything. The room has a microwave and washing machine, just like a serviced apar**ent.

The bathroom and sink felt old in places. There was mold on the bottom of the curtain so I was careful to make sure my child didn't touch it. It's close to Kokusai Street so it's nice to be rich.

The location is right at the end of Kokusai Expressway, very convenient But it is easier to miss the intersection when driving. There are 3 paid parking spaces at the door.

The balcony is spacious and equipped with a table and four chairs. Perfect for drying wet diving equipment.

It's conveniently located near the station and close to shopping on Kokusai Street. The room is new, clean, and functional. Good value for money. Thank you.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a diving trip. There are very few hotels in Naha City that have a washing and drying area for diving equipment, so a condominium-type hotel with a bathtub where you can wash your equipment and a balcony where you can dry it is the first choice. Among them, this hotel is in an excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from Makishi Station (depending on the traffic light lol) and 10 seconds to Kokusai-dori, so you don't have to worry about eating or shopping, and it's very convenient. After checking in, you can enter and exit through the locked door next to the main entrance without going through the front desk, so you can stay like you're in an apar**ent. Even though it's a condominium, there is no kitchen, only a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle, so it may not be suitable for cooking for yourself. The downside is that the walls are made of exposed concrete, so there is no sound insulation from the next room, which may be painful for the person next to you. Perhaps because it's near Kokusai-dori, it's noisy even at night, especially on weekends, and you'll be woken up many times by the screams of biker gangs and young people.

I've stayed here a few times and the location is very convenient. Sometimes I don't get a response to my questions by email, but overall I'm very satisfied.
