It's very nice. The flowers in the hotel are beautiful. It's very close to DFS. You can walk there, less than one kilometer away. There is a main place shopping mall on the right hand side 200 meters away from the hotel on the third floor, and an art gallery opposite. recommend!

A very, very good hotel: no matter the service or cuisine, no matter the room facilities or the sanitary environment, it is a low-key luxury hotel! The dishes are divided into Japanese and Western styles, both are absolutely wonderful! This hotel will be my first choice anytime I go to Okinawa!

Every time you return to the room, the cleaning staff will ring the doorbell and ask you if you need any more services and give you three chocolates. The service made me feel great. The cleaning staff and security guards are very good. However, the managers and supervisors in the store are unfriendly because if you encounter any problems, they will politely tell you that it is your problem and they can't do anything about it. You have to figure everything out yourself, otherwise they won't help you solve the problem. The three of us checked in, but when we made the reservation, we consulted Ctrip that children under the age of 12 can be brought. However, when we checked in, we were told that we needed to pay an additional 400,500 for the child when we checked out. However, when we checked out, we were told that we could only pay. But we didn’t bring any cash or credit cards. We just forgot to bring our credit cards when we went out this time. We almost used cash because our flight was delayed due to the typhoon. We really didn’t have any extra cash around us, but the front desk said they couldn’t help us find a way to pay for it ourselves. I called Ctrip and Ctrip said they had no choice but to let us sit at the front desk of the hotel on a typhoon day with no place to stay and let us figure it out on our own. However, we had no choice because of the typhoon. No one looked at us from our point of view and considered that we were a couple with children. Japan is an unfamiliar place, no matter how good the environment is, it will be ruined by these faces.

Wow, it wasn't as good as I thought. I don't think I will stay again in the future. In the city, it was said that I was the top, but the valet was also a mess.
