The ventilation fan wasn't working. I didn't like the stuffiness every time I opened the shower room. But overall it was new and clean, and there were amenities and a capsule coffee maker, so I think it was enough for a night's stay. The laundry was free to use, which was great. However, some people didn't come to collect their laundry, and it was crowded. Also, there was a very loud sound of children jumping off the bunk beds on the upper floor for almost an hour at night, so I think that was just luck.

The hotel was clean and I had a comfortable stay. I was a little confused because the unmanned check-in requires a password to enter the hotel, which is sent to you in advance by email, and if you miss the email it takes a long time to enter. Also, if you register your guests in advance, you can check in easily, but if you don't, you have to register each time, which takes a long time to check in. Also, it would be nice if they provided ice.

There were so many problems getting into the room that it took about an hour. The room lock key number was given to you by entering a number into a tablet, but the foreign staff who helped me over the phone was not very polite.

It was a very simple and clean hotel. The location was also close to the main place so I didn't get bored. I still want to use it.

Stayed as a family of 4. The hotel near the port was very good because I would go on a day trip from Naha to a remote island. The hotel was new and very clean. The bath and toilet are separated, so it is very helpful for families to stay. There are only two coin laundry machines in the hotel, so I used a nearby coin laundry. If you have time, you can use the hotel laundry, but you may have to wait. There was no problem with meals because there was a place to eat nearby within walking distance. It was my first time staying in an unmanned hotel, but I was able to stay without any problems. I would like to use it next time I go to a remote island.

I highly recommend this hotel! ! ! There is an exhaust fan at the end of the bed in the room (it is attached to the wall, behind the curtain). The problem is: although it has a switch, it will be caught in the wind when the latch is turned off! ! ! Okinawa is also very windy, every room has an exhaust fan facing the sea, it is very noisy at night, I have to bring headphones to train first! ! ! I can't train well every night! ! ! And once the air conditioner is used for a while, it will turn off by itself! ! ! Even if it's a power-saving mode, it's all right! ! ! Sometimes, sometimes, Qubu TV will turn on at 7:00 every morning! ! ! !

施設がとても綺麗で国際通りや駅からも近くよかったです！近くにコンビニがあり過ごしやすいところでした！！ ただ、プロジェクターが直接iPhoneの画面を映す機械があったのですが上手く映らなかったのでそこだけが残念でした、、(iPhone接続じゃなくてもYouTube等のものは見られます🙆🏻♀️)

とても綺麗でいい旅になりました！洗濯機と乾燥機が無料で洗剤もついていてとても便利でした！部屋のスクリーンも大きくて広々と過ごせました！

自助check in 方便，房間設備齊備且貼心，小孩超愛投影機，建議隔音可以再加強，2晚樓上遇到超吵的住客，很可惜
