1. This hotel is a self-service hotel. There is no lobby staff, but there is no hotel entrance password. trip.com did not give me hotel information and passwords, leaving me at a loss outside the hotel. The hotel's email could not be responded to immediately. It takes a long time to wait outside the hotel, and parking outside the hotel is still charged. You can only enter the hotel for self-service check-in after waiting for guests to come in and out. 😭

Check-in can arranged early no need to wait until 3pm if there is room available. Check- out also can arranged at 11am. Can make a room or a place to put luggage when there is no room for Check-in guests.

There were supposed to be two single beds for two elderly people, but when we entered the room there was only one double bed, so one of them ended up sleeping on the floor.
It was disappointing that they didn't take our complaint seriously even after we contacted them.
I wish they had at least sent us an email to confirm whether this was okay when we booked the hotel room.
