It was very nice hotel. The location, convenience, facility are so good. Also, mr. Tatsuro Nakasone was so kind. Fluent English, kind mind, handsome... Very thankful to him. If I will go to Okinawa again, definately I will stay again. Thanks Okinawa. Hyatt regency. And Tasuro.

1. The attitude of the service staff is very good, calling a taxi is very fast, the parking service on the first floor (1500yen/day, unlimited times ~ 10pm) and the luggage storage service are very convenient. 2. There are supplies and coffee next to the counter elevator on the 14th floor. The sky bridge on the second floor leads directly to the transfer station and shopping mall opposite (the vendors include owndays, ABC mart, Starbucks, a coffee shop and a curry shop). There are Lawson and FamilyMart on the first floor. You can walk there. Don Quixote 3. The hotel pajamas are very comfortable ($17,000 yen). If you need water, you can call the front desk and ask him to bring it to the room (free)

Japanese-style hotel, the service is very standard, the room style is a little old, the location is good, you can walk to the international pass, a little far. About 15 minutes, but very close to the dfs duty-free shop, about 5 minutes walking distance, there are shopping malls and drug stores along the street

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

Stayed at pool suite tomari with 3 family members. The hotel's penthouse part was like a villa, and the room had a high ceiling and a very open feeling. Surprisingly, I could see the sea far from the room. The highlight pool is surprisingly large, enough for three family members to play while looking at the red tile roof and feel the feeling of Okinawa. Breakfast was room service, but the fish was very delicious. However, the conductor is bad, the villa site is an ordinary key that is not a card key, and the building is auto locked, so the coming and going to the pool is not a door but a sweeping window. Also, if you leave the bathroom door open, ２ １ of a sink will collapse. In addition, I could only take out or stop the shower, and it was a pity that the output was very weak. I think the convenience is good, about 5 minutes walk to Kokusai Street.

Location - very close to airport, train station and shopping centre. Staff were friendly, can speak some English. I was impressed by the variety, you need to get a number card and staff will arrange seats for you within reasonable time. Everything good except AC. It stopped at night, not sure why! and seems it was preset to 25C! Too hot
