The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, equipped with a translation device and always active in assisting us. The room was excellent, and the bathroom was nice, though it didn’t have a bidet spray. The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway — just about a 5-minute walk. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. You can also leave your luggage for safekeeping. //I recommend choosing a room on the non-city view side, as it’s much quieter and you won’t hear the traffic noise at night.

We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far.

Fortunately we were fetched from the train station by one of the staff of Baihe, as the vehicle can only enter till a certain point after which no cars are allowed in. So you will need to drag your luggage quite a distance on cobbled road to the hotel, which is in the ancient town. But with the help of hotel staff, we made it to the hotel. The view from our room captured the small waterfall and I managed to get a beautiful sunrise (photo 1). But the main waterfall is a good walk away from the hotel, maybe 30mins. The night lights r beautiful. The staff were very helpful to provide a map and route of how to get to the big waterfall. Breakfast was local, simple and sufficient. On the first night, the water heater did not work, but the hotel made arrangements for me to use the shower at their sister hotel about 10mins away. All in all, a pleasant stay. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The street noise and singing can last into the night.

The hotel provides a car service from the airport to the train station, which was extremely convenient and well managed. Everyone was attentive, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The service, organization, and hospitality were outstanding. This hotel truly deserves the highest praise. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We, two adults and two children, opted for a standard room. The two beds were combined into a large one, which was perfect for sleeping. Downstairs, there's a noodle soup place and also small eateries. The Wuyi Square Metro Station is right outside, making the location incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were very attentive and meticulous, offering recommendations for attractions and travel tips. You could genuinely feel their dedicated service. The only area for improvement would be to kindly remind other guests not to smoke in public areas 🚬, helping to maintain a shared pleasant environment. I wish the hotel thriving business!

Such a great experience at the hotel. The staff was amazing, very kind and extremely helpful! I got my transfers to and from The Grand Canyon and to the National Park with the hotel. A lot cheaper than a taxi or Didi. They use WeChat due to the language barrier but they made everything EXTREMELY easier! I strongly recommend this hotel! I also had an amazing view, the only complaint is the street noise but if you close the sliding door it is significantly quieter!

A satisfying stay. I choose this hotel every time I come to Chenzhou. It is very cost-effective and the service is very good. There are breakfast shops, late-night supermarkets, and bus stations next to it, which is very convenient. There is a laundry room, dryer, hotel, and parking lot on the third floor. It is fully equipped and very convenient. The front desk lady checked in with two people and specially upgraded the room for free, which is very considerate.

The front desk service is very good. We arrived late and the hotel upgraded my room type for free. The room is very clean. I heard from the front desk that the newly renovated facilities and equipment this year are very good. My baby and Xiaodu had a great time playing. There are many restaurants nearby. Very good position. Right in the Changsha center. About 750 m to city center Wuyi Square and 500m to Metro subway station. 10min Walk to Huangxing Street. Plenty resurtants around and shops. Miss.Ye in front desk is very nice and helpful. I need to send a parcel and could not find local post office, Miss Ye not only booked a courier to pick up my parcel from hotel, but also help me in packing my parcel and offered lot of helps like packing material and tape etc.. Really appreciated. Room cleaner Ms. Xu has done a extremely good job in cleaning my room, and she is very patiente and smart when we need help very well trained .

If you’re looking for the perfect place right at the entrance of Furong Town, this is it. The hosts are absolutely wonderful—such a warm, welcoming family that made us feel completely at home. It’s honestly even better staying here than inside the town itself because you’re literally steps from the entrance. Plus, the rooms had these lovely little wooden balconies that were just perfect. We couldn’t have been more satisfied!
