The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, equipped with a translation device and always active in assisting us. The room was excellent, and the bathroom was nice, though it didn’t have a bidet spray. The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway — just about a 5-minute walk. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. You can also leave your luggage for safekeeping. //I recommend choosing a room on the non-city view side, as it’s much quieter and you won’t hear the traffic noise at night.

We stayed 2 nights. The hosts are very friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, and the style is traditional. I really like the decoration of the room with traditional charm. It was walking distance from the cable car station to go to Tianmen Mountain 天门山. Many good restaurants are also around by walking distance. What i didn't like was the noise in the morning on the street and the plane as the airport is not far.

I chose this hotel on Ctrip, and it's quite typical, having the advantages of a guesthouse with a few minor flaws. First off, its location is excellent, very convenient for getting around (though Furong Ancient Town isn't very big to begin with). My room opened into a small courtyard, and from the window, I had a panoramic view of the Youyang River and its scenery. The owner was also very kind, offering transfers to and from the high-speed rail station. Breakfast was a bit lacking (typical for guesthouses), but the minced pork noodles the auntie made were quite tasty. The air conditioning's heating worked well, though it was slow to start up. When you leave and pull the card, the power cuts off, so it takes a while for it to kick back in when you return, and it's a bit noisy. The shower's hot and cold water control wasn't very precise; a slight turn made it scalding, and a bit more made it cold. Overall, this guesthouse is very good. It's clean, and the room's bedding had no strange smells whatsoever. The facilities have a few minor imperfections, but they don't affect the overall stay experience. I would choose it again on my next visit.

The B&B's location is quite close to the East Gate of the Forest Park, about a five or six-minute drive. The owners, a husband and wife, are very kind, warm, and attentive. Not only did they help us buy tickets, but they also explained the routes and even upgraded our room for free. There were also many international guests, and complimentary breakfast was provided. The area around the hotel is very quiet, making it ideal for sleeping at night. Our trip was very comfortable. The only minor drawback was the water heater – it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. If that could be improved, it would be even more perfect.

Came to Changsha with my family and chose this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the subway station, and getting a taxi is super convenient too. There's a Cha Yan Yue Se downstairs, and it's easy to get to all the attractions. The room was also very clean. Especially the bathroom – the shower pressure was fantastic, making for a really comfortable shower. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which could have been better.

Great location, very close to Tianmen Mountain, and about 20 minutes to the 72 Qilou. You can walk around and shop nearby, with restaurants and snacks also close to Nanmenkou Food Street. However, it feels like the restaurants there are just waiting for tourists. The owner and their family are very kind, and the guesthouse is like a serviced apartment – clean and hygienic.

A satisfying stay. I choose this hotel every time I come to Chenzhou. It is very cost-effective and the service is very good. There are breakfast shops, late-night supermarkets, and bus stations next to it, which is very convenient. There is a laundry room, dryer, hotel, and parking lot on the third floor. It is fully equipped and very convenient. The front desk lady checked in with two people and specially upgraded the room for free, which is very considerate.

The front desk service is very good. We arrived late and the hotel upgraded my room type for free. The room is very clean. I heard from the front desk that the newly renovated facilities and equipment this year are very good. My baby and Xiaodu had a great time playing. There are many restaurants nearby. There are also many, very good

Overall this is a great experience with Acem Hotel. The hotel is close to the IFS tower and within walking distance to many popular areas. The hotel it self is clean and at great price, I had everything I needed. The room was cleaned daily and I even recieved free laundry Service which was easy and fast. The receptionist 小刘 was extremely polite, professional and friendly, she checked me in quickly and even provide me breakfast for me 3 night stay. Thank you very very much 小刘 for making my stay at your hotel comfortable!

We would definitely recommend this hotel which is refurbished from a quaint and ancient structure to friends and relatives who wish to visit Furong ancient town. It is so strategically located: just two minutes or so walk from the Tourist Information Centre as well as the entrance to the tourist attractions. The rooms in the hotel are clean, spacious and beautiful to stay in. We spent two relaxing nights at this lovely hotel. It is also well equipped with all amenities needed by travellers. Besides that, the host, a petite and pretty lady is super efficient, looking into all the guests requests. She's also proactive, assisting guests with the plans to visit Furong ancient town and nearby places such as the Red Stone Forest. She's so courteous and her hospitality is excellent. She also gave us a box of the local tea and two beautiful lotus-shaped tea cups as a gift when we were leaving. The breakfast is also sumptuous and you can request as much food as you want to! Overall, it was a good experience staying in a local village hotel. Thank you Xiao Wang and all the staff.
