The room was spacious and very clean. It's right downstairs from Wuyi Square and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. They even offer free laundry service! Highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back next time, and I'd recommend it to friends for the great value.

Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a basket of fresh fruit, which was a thoughtful and refreshing touch. The following day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. What made the experience even more special was the breathtaking view over the village, which created a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every one of my requests was met with efficiency and a smile, including assistance with laundry services. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Cleanliness: The hygiene was excellent; an auntie cleaned the room every day. Environment: The environment was also good. It was quiet at night, and there were many places to eat right outside the hotel. Service: The service was great; the lady at the front desk was very patient and answered all our questions. It's super close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway, highly recommended!

I specifically booked the room because of the large floor to ceiling window. I was initially put in a room with super small windows, quite dark and I had to ask for the room I actually booked. Unfortunately there is a massive building and construction site right in of window! So, despite the room being really nice and comfortable, in that specific topic, the pictures are quite misleading overall. There was not so much noise from the construction, but the ”mountain view is sideways. The location is super convenient. The bus line 17 stops few meters from the hotel and connects to the high speed station. The cable to the mountain is just a couple of minutes walking distance. 1 person of the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and does everything to give you information and help. The other one doesn't speak a word of English, struggles to use translator app but also puts no effort. It was really hard to communicate. The restaurants below the hotel are good.

We had a very pleasant stay at Tianquan Inn and we are really glad we chose this place. The location is excellent, especially for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of Furong Town and stay close to the waterfall. It gave the whole stay a very special feeling. The room was clean, comfortable, and full of atmosphere. The waterfall view made a big impression on us and gave the place a truly romantic character. Everything about it felt very enjoyable and well suited for a stay as a couple. The service also deserves special praise, as the staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thanks to that, we felt very comfortable during our stay. Another fun and interesting detail was the mirror on the ceiling 😉 Overall, we will remember this stay very fondly and would happily come back again.

Great Value for money, Location is central. Basic breakfast, mostly serving Chinese clientele, but they also had bread, fried and boiled eggs, coffee machine, I even managed to explain the staff to make an omelette for me. Reception is pretty good, the staff members Xiao Liu/ Xiao Ye friendly and prompt. Less than a hundred meters walk to the Opposite IFS mall, pretty huge with good number of western restaurants. V nice views from 93rd floor Niccolo Kitchen, a dinner costs 140--200rmb which is not possible at such locations in tier 1 cities.

They gave us good information about the different activities to do there. We even booked the Tianmen mountain ticket with them at a discounted price. And they let us check out a bit early when the bus from the South Gate back to town took longer than expected.

A satisfying stay. I choose this hotel every time I come to Chenzhou. It is very cost-effective and the service is very good. There are breakfast shops, late-night supermarkets, and bus stations next to it, which is very convenient. There is a laundry room, dryer, hotel, and parking lot on the third floor. It is fully equipped and very convenient. The front desk lady checked in with two people and specially upgraded the room for free, which is very considerate.

The rooms were clean and tidy, with modern and warm decor, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing. The staff were friendly and responsive, especially the front desk, who were warm, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the restaurant was elegant. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and easy to use. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, making it suitable for families and business travelers. The only minor drawback was the weak Wi-Fi signal in some rooms, but this did not detract from the overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to the city and would recommend it to friends.
