The Pear Orchard by Countryside

My friend and I didn't stay at Pear Orchard, but we went to their restaurant. The hospitality was the best, the ambience was good and the food was amazing. Even though there weren't a few things that we ordered, but it negates because of the service they provided us.. Hence it's an all 5 star

Beautiful property , very well maintained ! Staff is amazingly supportive, humble . Food from the kitchen is actually good from your own kitchen . It’s a must for family or individual couples . I’m already looking forward to go again with my extended family

It was one of the best experiences ever, we had our sister’s wedding here and the management was amazing. The food was great and there was immense variety, the staff did everything they could to make us feel right at home and were there to help us with a smile on their faces. We will always remember this place and will surely visit again very soon.

A must-stay uber property nestled in quaint hills amongst pear plantations with an exquisite view of the pristine valley. From tasteful exteriors & equally dapper interiors of the cosy cottage rooms to super yummy food with a touch of local cuisine & delicacies to easy accessibility for places & activities of interest to remarkable cleanliness & hygiene standards to the manicured outdoors & surroundings to a super warm staff & prompt services, it will leave you asking for more. I would like to put on record names of staff who were yeoman in their job functions- Chef Hem Lohani, Barman Shubham, Housekeepers Manoj Pandey, Ramesh Bisht & Madan Bisht, and Waiters Mohit, Harsh, Rajender, Balwant. A loud shout out to them and the entire back end staff who all worked in unison to make our stay one of the most memorable ones.

One of the most beautiful properties I have visited. I think it helps that it is new as well. Location: 3 Star - the view is not overlooking the lake, but you still get the hill expanse view of the city. Property: The property is very well thought out and done, the rooms are big and spacious, and needless to say the family rooms are so warm and accommodating. You dont need to ask for an extra bed, they already provide it in the family room up at the attic, much to the excitement of the kids. Facilities: As I said, very thoughtfully done, there is an entertainment room for the kids to enjoy, the lawns are beautiful to take a walk, the flora and plants are super pleasing as well. They also have tie ups with the adventure activities, in case you aere interested. Food - we enjoyed the kumaoni cuisine and the hot breakfast they served. As there weren't many guests when we visited them, the tandoor wasnt available, but the food is delectable. Staff - As usual of the kumaoni region, the people are very helpful, sweet and kind. Overall, a very pleasant stay, definitely worth a second visit.

Dream wedding We had our dream wedding here on 6-7 December, excellent venue for wedding, entire event with friends and family was seamlessly managed by the staff. Everyone enjoyed the food and service. We highly recommend this picturesque location. Setup was fantastic, they catered for all our special requirements. Kudos to chef, Harish ji, Madan ji and all the staff of Pear Orchard. Well done and thank you.

Excellent property! A must visit if you're looking for a total rejuvenated soul to step out with:) Lip smacking food, a courteous staff, amazing hospitality, beautiful view. It covers all the aspects for adults as well as kids. I had my best time at Pear Orchard!!
