Foxoso the Mall Road

Over priced room, no air conditioner, only charging point on one bed side, to ***y issue have and the major issue is for 2night inr 11k is not worth it for that type of room.

Very small rooms & suffocated. Dirty bathrooms, no basic hygiene maintained. Too much expensive. A complete no to this hotel.

1st of all it's not a 4 star property, not even closer to 3 star. And more over if rooms are booked through mm t get ready to get worst rooms available in the category. The only positive side is its location nothing else. Mmt more or less never justified its pricing with the quality. They (mmt) will show you glorified pics in the app but in reality you are going to get worst room than peope booking directly from the hotel.

Worst room that i have ever stayed in. Do not book the standard room it’s like living in a cupboard without a window. Staff is fine though

Property location is just on mall road but no board or sign was there to indicate the location. We had trouble with water and towel, toilet healthfocet was not working, the washroom was smelly and water was not clean. Food was good, staff & night ***ager tried their best to provide with facilities but they fail as they also cant do anything in this situation. View is nice but i would rather compromise with view rather than washroom.

It was the worst place i have ever stayed at. Rooms were horrible and the price asked for wasn't justified at all. Dirty floors. Filthy washrooms with broken pot. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's an utter waste of money. The linens were also very dirty. There is no parking in the hotel and no lift as well. They try to sell the property by calling it heritage whereas it's just old and not dirty. There is nothing heritage about the property the staff was cordial.

Property was located in mall road, if you are going for super deluxe room keep in mind that the rooms are quite small. But we have everything present there in the washroom as well as in the bedroom. Also if you will get a room at 2nd floor you will hear morning disturbance from restaurant. No doubt food was amazing.

Food is very good, staff is good, construction is poor toilet and room is so much smelling not proper ventilation, door of 103 room toilet is bracken from inside, stoper of all doors are poor quality, which is injured our fingers, there is no pass-anger lift, there is so much steps to reach restaurant

It was wonderful experience for staying in foxoxo. Highly recommended especially the reception and room service staff-krishna dhayani hi***shu arya and rajesh mishra these guys are wonderful and polite in behaviour
