Allure Lake Front

My recent stay at Homestay-Allure Lakefront was disappointing. Despite the beautiful location and lake view, I found that the price I paid for the room was not worth it due to several issues. One of the biggest issues was the lack of a front desk, which meant that every time I needed something, I had to call the staff through my phone, and requests often went unfulfilled or took a long time to be addressed. Furthermore, I found the staff to be somewhat lacking in hospitality, and the cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations. Although the room itself was comfortable and relatively clean, there were some areas that were overlooked, such as the corners of the room and the bathroom. What's more, the homestay seems to be overcharging for the lake view. I felt as though I was being overcharged for the view alone, as the amenities and level of service did not match the high price. The crockery and cutlery provided were not even proper, as we were served chai in paper cups instead of proper mugs or cups. Although the homestay offered space for a kitchen, there was nothing provided except for a kettle and mini fridge. Even worse, the mini fridge wasn't even working properly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Homestay - Allure Lakefront unless you're willing to pay a premium for the view. The lack of amenities, slow response times from staff, subpar cleanliness, poor quality of crockery and cutlery, and the false advertising of kitchenette facilities, make it feel like poor value for money, and I felt as though I was being taken advantage of for the sake of the lake view.

The property is pathetic. Even not a single things was as expected, they charging like a 4 star but service Nd quality is below the local hotel. First of all, room was not neat, all over dust and cob webs. Second appliances were there just for sake of it, frigde was unstable, tv was not working, water was leaking, kitchen was too dirty to use. No welcome drink not even cold water to drink. Food service was like hell, very limited option. On top of that they dont have tandoor items, which we look out at hill stations. Available items too very costly and taste less. Service was super delayed and very unprofessional staff. We stayed for one day, whole day their wifi didn't worked. All other things mentioned like barbeque, bornfire, dining area were just for writing, nothing was available. We went with a small baby and regretted our decision, their kitchen was workinh for very limited time, we didnt even got food n milk when required. Please dont go at this place, not recommended at all.

I had an incredible stay at this property which is located in the midst of the mountains, right in front of the surreal and beautiful khurpatal lake which gives you the best feel of being surrounded by nature. The staff is very hospitable and helpful. Excellent rooms which are properly sanitised and cleaned. Overall I had a great time staying at allure and will definitely suggest to my friends. Can't wait to visit this place again!

Hotel is awsome and comfortable same as mentioned or shown on pictures Food quality and taster was poor but expensive rather. Staff's behaviour , Hospitality and gesture was really amazing. Few names I do remember Pankaj and Hi***shu were amazing and nice person . Pankaj tried to make us comfortable .

A lovely property right on the lake. you wake up to the lovely view of the lake from your balcony. the suites are awesome. The ***ager Mr Rahul is a very good person who will make sure that you are comfortable. Excellent food!! Great place for those looking for quietness and peace. Away from the hustle-bustle of the city.

A overhyped property. While the basic structure is supposed to be good, there is very little maintenance and upkeep. The linens are dirty. Electricity was not available because of faulty connection. It was repaired only after lot of cajoling. TV does not work. The staff however are polite but had nothing to do because everything is controlled from a remote location. The view outside is not very enchanting. The flush in the toilet was not working. Breakfast was served after lot of pursuasion The location is also quite far off and is not well connected. Not a place to stay.
