Balcony view is top notch. You can sit for day. Naina devi temple is visible from hotel and temple bells are clearly audible. Serene, calm place. Service is good. Staff is friendly.

The staff was rude and the rooms were in the worst condition as far as hygiene is concerned. The entire trip has been ruined due to the hotel experience

It’s a below average stay as per price. It’s worth just if you get in 2 or 2. 5k. Wrong location updated. Shows near to lake but it’s little upside and difficult to reach. They didn’t pick the call, luckily my taxi driver was smart and find the location based on the landmarks. They provided their best room but that also disappointed us in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Only great point is the view from balcony but that is only possible when you get this best room. Room door broken and was not working properly. Mattresses were not comfortable. Linens were not changed. Seepage was there on the room’s walls. Worst part was washroom. It was really bad and stinking. Smells like a sulabh sochalya. Informed hotel staff about this but they could not help. No security as my rooms balcony was attached and completely accessible from outside space which is used as common area. Balcony room door was made of glass and fiber material so not strong. Main door always open anyone can access the common area. Anyone can stack into balcony. Hotel staff was little helpful and friendly but other than that nothing good there. I will not recommend this.

Positives - view from the lake view room is mesmerizing. Staff is very polite especially the housekeeper pradeep. Negatives - location of the hotel is very bad. It is not far from mall road, but if you don't have your own vehicle you have to climb a steep hill for 1 km. Even a young guy like me found it very difficult. If you decide to take a taxi then it will cost you to 200 - 300 rs from the lake to reach the hotel. Trust me you cannot bargain with the taxi guys. Toilet is filthy and smelly as it was not having an exhaust which was shocking.

Lake view room was good with a private balcony with beautiful view of lake and mountains. Disadvantage : too hard to walk uphill from mall road. Water supply was not adequate in early morning hours.
