Viable Inn by Vista Stays

We came here in a family and stayed in a viable inn hotel in Mukteshwar. Mr. Piyush at reception helped us a lot in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The entire team is very cooperative and helpful. The room size is big and very spacious.

This is one of the most viable property in the area. Mukteshwar is one of closest location to view the Himalayan range and this hotels provides you with an opportunity to do so from your room. We stayed here for a week and it felt like a perfect location to stay away from home. The rooms are clean and the staff leaves no opportunity to make your stay a wonderful one. The food is also yum. Local pahadi items are unique and a must try. Would definitely return to this property. A perfect location to enjoy with friends and family.

A very nice property. The best part is it's location. It's not located at a crowded place and the white snow clab mountain view that it provides is just breathtaking. It has huge parking space. The staff is cordial.

We plaaned a trip to mukteshwar with our family. From make my trip we booked the hotel. Hotel is easily accessible with good car parking sapce. Room are big with balcony rooms. Place is not too farm from the main market. Very peaceful location. Noise free area. You can tak a morning walk with your family. You can witness beautiful sunrise and sunset from the balcony of room

Excellent location, well maintained, clean and beautiful property with 360 views. Superb people with hospitality and enthusiasm to serve. Property manager Piyush is very courteous & nice professional. Caretaker Nitin was all out to serve and to make our visit memorable. Views were Great, early sunrise view from balcony was outstanding. Food was good, sumptuous, and homely. We found solace and this was our best relaxing & rejuvenating vacations. We would love to be there again.

Awesome property at awesome location.. Views are mesmerizing.. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Awaiting my next trip to this place. Nitin ji was equally perfect in his services. Imagine waking up with a view of Mt. Nanda Devi from your bed and balcony.. awesome.

Please avoid this property if you want to enjoy your vacation as we had a horrible experience during our stay. There is no focus on cleanliness. You can see spider webs in the room. The toilet is stinking. The bed sheets & pillow cover were old and used by the last customer. Dustbins in some room had trash left by earlier customers. There are only two underage boys who were attending to guests in 16 rooms for all purposes - cleaning the rooms & toilets, providing room service, serving the food in the dinning hall and everything else. Many rooms were not cleaned for 2 days because of the manpower shortage. The food was another landmark of our stay. The quality & quantity of food being served was always an issue. Nothing was refilled without 3-4 reminders. Something as basic as salad was not served in time & without reminders. By the time things were refilled half of us had finished eating. All items on the agreed menu were not served. There was a difference in the quality of first serving vs the subsequent servings. The chicken pieces in a serving were not recognisable except for the leg piece. Mutton was not served inspite of request on 2 separate days. They also couldn't serve fish during the 3 days of our stay. The cook was quite rude and was not interested in our feedback/requests. He had the audacity to tell us that he will not cook for us. When the complaint was raised to the manager (Piyush) he also shouted back at us. We decided to go to another resort for dinner and after having dinner there we realised how badly we were being treated at Viable Inn and how bad was the quality of food being served to us at Viable Inn. There is no concept of customer service at this place. They don't understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We were not the only customers who were complaining. People moved out after one day of stay and shifted to other hotels. The property is on lease and managed by staff. Lack of owner's focus on how it is being run is clearly reflected in the poor standards of this place. There are much better hotels available at similar rates. Please avoid this property if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Google Last week we stayed at Viable Inn in Mukteshwar for three nights. We had a horrible time ,despite the fact that the property has a beautiful location. We were very disappointed ,as the overall experience was very bad, especialy after booking about six months in advance. It lacked the basic daily housekeeping. There was shortage of staff, only two young boys were there to do the complete housekeeping and waiter duties. The resident manager was rarely available, and when available was very rude. The food was always served piecemeal. We had to wait and ask for refills. On being pointed out,the kitchen staff refused to cook for us, the resident manager just expressed his inability to resolve the issue. We were left without food in that remote place.with great difficulty we managed to have dinner at nearby resort. The aim of this review is to apprise all people considering this property ,the reality and the total unprofessional attitude of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking rejuvenation amidst the Himalayas. The staff provided a warm welcome, the food was delicious, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Its central location was very convenient to visit all tourist places nearby. My overall satisfaction was high.
