Hotel Moti Tower

Manager didn’t give us to room key. Room is not good. Washroom also not good

It was my first stay in Hotel Moti Tower in Haldwani for a day. My overall feedback is Average. The size of the rooms is ok but due to the location of the property which is in the main market, one will experience noise throughout the day & night. The hotel doesn’t have an in-house kitchen & except Tea which is also overpriced, one has to rely upon his own arrangements outside. Talk about the Hygiene practice. I found a superficial cleaning inside the room & bathroom, dustbins were not cleared. With all the facilities I can say it’s very Overpriced. One can have a better option with that price at a better place. Only advantage as the property is near to Railway station & market

No kitchen, no facilities of food, lift is horrible quite expensive. According to facilities

I would like to drag attention toward laundry section of that hotel was not upto mark. Gutka stain mark on quilt cover, bedsheet, on wall also. No room freshner provide by hotel service due to which bad odour came out from room.
