1. Worst experience ever. Had to change the room thrice. Washroom was in pathetic condition, wash basin was broken in one of the washroom. The staff was equally uncooperative and ignorant, refused to accept their fault in maintaining hygiene of the washrooms. Don't really think i am going to stay in this catastrophic hotel again!

They have no bathroom kit, no shampoo, no lotion, no tea maker kit, no hot water. Breakfast is so poor

Rooms were big and very accommodating, as i was traveling with family, ms kiran upgraded our rooms for our convince, food was great and staff were courteous and helpful, location wise its 1 hr distance to nainital and view is also nice.
