I would rate my stay 5 star. The resort is perfect for family weekend getaways and longer holiday. Had booked it for 2 days. Extended my stay for another 2 days. Staff is excellent Mr. Pradeep bhatt @ fronk desk and mr. Harish Chandra @ restaurant are doing amazing job. They made sure my stay is comfortable. Keep up the good work.

Great location, perfectly suited for family, spread over a large area so perfect for kids to play around, all the staff are very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Harish ji and Kheem ji. Overall it’s a great experience. I would like to comeback for sure.

I have had a great experience at this property. I traveled with my parents, spouse and kids. Hotel staff was very supportive, my dad required wheelchair and staff was always unhesitatingly available to help. They had wheelchair available at this property. Mayank (Head of staff) was co-operative on all fronts. We had a great time at this property.

Old construction, no ventilation in most of the rooms. Stink of moisture from many years stays there whatever you do. Couldn't even go to indoor activity room due to stink. Pool was ok. Outdoor kids play area is very small. Food was expensive for the taste and quantity. They use food color in green chutney and crystals of it made it to first idly batch which they took away after i argued. Overall a forgettable trip. Just the saving grace was few cafes in bhimtal that served good food and coffee.

Very good place to stay in bhimtal near lake. Stay is very cozy and food is also great. Overall, they had a huge space for guests and they also provide play area as well

Very very nice property.the staff is very efficient.our father was on wheelchair and they took care of him so nicely.loved the location of the resort.it was nice and quiet place.must stay when visiting Bhimtal.will go again.rooms were nice and bathrooms were clean.
