Room service was very poor. It has been taking more than 1 hour to attend our query. Further we have ordered one dish at our room and they took 1 hour to deliver and were keep saying. We wi deliver.

Gala dinner they organised on 25th with a compulsion of 1000rs but i really didnt feel so it was a gala dinner bad service will suggest this resort is not for couples it is for 50 above age group

Wonderful stay this property is new and located in a very nice place close to forest and river. I stayed in the cottage which was very good in terms of views and location. The property is having a huge open space to roam around and also nice if you are waiting something creative. Food was good though some improvements are needed. The best part is the staff very cooperative and humble. Overall value for money.

Although the property is rated 3 star, all the facilities are at par with a 5 star resort and very economical. Food quality is extremely good, buffet has a reasonable display. Cottage rooms are good, but might require better maintenance in seepage walls near common area and towels quality needs improvements. But it's an excellent deal for the price they offer with meals. Staff is very accommodating and friendly.
