The manager and owner of this hostel should really learn some manners. They said no to everything, even to food requests made during kitchen hours, claiming the staff was exhausted. It felt like they didn’t want to run a hostel and enjoyed harassing customers instead. Worst experience ever – avoid this place!

Please beware!! Don’t stay in this property!!! You’ll regret! This hostel provided awful service with impolite staff and the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. Every request, was denied with excuses about exhausted staff. We were even told to leave the property, making us feel like we were staying on the street. Asked for lighter, manager told me that i’ll pay please buy of yourself! Avoid this hostel at all costs!

My very first experience in a hostel and the hos-teller did not let me down. The only regret i have is i stayed there for 1 day only. The hosts are warm and welcoming, the amenities brilliant with lots of space. The cleanliness top notch and the best part of it beign a hostel where you can interact with a lot of people certainly makes this a must stay place. Certainly going to be my 'adda' whenever i am in or around mukteshwar!
