It was our group tour and the operations team from front office to food and beverage was amezing and nice welcoming ,house keeping was great at there services by handling ,i would like mention some names who I can recommend for thire best service , upadhyay ji ,badal,Akshay and all team ,from food department Bhagat,and his team ,front office Ravi was so helpful. I had an amazing day at Tusker Trail! The resort is fantastic with excellent amenities. The food was delicious, and the swimming pool was refreshing. Excellent staff and perfect property for a weekend getaway. Food was decent, we opted for a buffet for dinner and for breakfast. Sweets were delicious.

We booked country view rooms from mmt. Average rooms. Slow service. Restaurant was above average. Pool was super dirty. It's a huge property that's poorly maintained.

Rooms were ok type and swimming pool was not clean. Gaming room was pathetic (table tennis ball was not available, no ac in gaming room, pool table was in bad condition) staff was polite and good. Food taste was just fine.

No bathroom geyser water. No hot water for what room sarvis is not very good poor. Make my service very poor service.

Good resort in jim corbett if you are planning for safari. It's very near to dhela and jhirna zone. Rooms were spacious. But no balcony. Food was very good. They offered two buffet which can opt. There is plenty of area to play badminton, volleyball, table tennis, carrom, pool etc. Swimming pool is also available which we couldn't enjoy due to cold weather. Food in restaurant was affordable. Overall great experience
