Nice rooms, decor, comfy beds. Good service and food. A bit slow food service in the lounge bar, but the curry was nice! They also have a counter for snacks. Spacious and quiet rooms in the Upper Hill area in Nairobi. Good breakfast buffet. Efficient airport transport.

The Pullman hotel is a Gem! Beds are comfortable. The food is delectable. The deco was eye catching. Every moment was pure bliss. Honestly, an unforgettable experience. Counting down the days until I can go back.

The service is impeccable. We were made very welcome and the staff took great care. The meals are tasty. Well-kept housekeeping. We would have liked a little more choice in terms of television channels, and why not Netflix.

Very nice hotel. The decoration of the rooms is very pleasant, the bedding comfortable, the bathroom spacious and everything very clean. The staff listens. The breakfasts and meals were varied. Very good stay as part of a convention.
