"The hotel supposed to provide free transport to airport and while we checked in we indicated the time required as per the electronic notice board at 4 30am. The front desk told us the schedule shown was not updated. The free transport is only every hour as in either 4 am or 5am. We chose 4 am. The next morning when went to the front desk, the manager in-charged mentioned there was no booking. At the same time, they advised us free transport is only for certain hour. They show us the updated notice. We do not have a choice but to pay for the transport to airport. This is not fair to the guest that we are not informed of the change and the schedule and price charged changed overnight."

"Booking hotels in Africa is always a hassle; either the facilities are outdated or the service is perfunctory. This time, however, a blind search turned out to be a gem – the experience was fantastic! Airport pickup upon arrival provided a great sense of security. Since I don't speak English, I was worried about communication difficulties and itinerary inconveniences, but the kind landlady, who speaks English, helped translate, showed us around, and shared her experiences to help us avoid pitfalls. Most importantly, we got to eat authentic Chinese food – clean, hygienic, and delicious. The landlady arranged everything perfectly, from food and accommodation to transportation, with meticulous attention to detail. Whether it's a short business trip, inspection, or a short vacation, this place is perfect. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely stay here again next time!"

"We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner. He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction. Thanks again to Bruno for his efficient and attentive service. Our stay could not be better!"

Same as well for the chef Alex at night, he took care of all the details. And the chef Paul with his delicious seasoning and cooking skills."
