"Not a level of Golden Tulip: - there were no towels in double room. When we called reception, they said there is no option to provide us towels. we were forced to use one small face towel for two people. - smell in the room since windows are unable to be opened; - extremely slow elevator; - the safebox just switched off once we needed to check out to airport; At the same time: - very good and affordable rooftop bar; - good restaurant - the food was really good; - friendly and helpful stuff - they are really nice 👍"

"Overall, a fantastic hotel with great value for money. **Location:** Not far from the airport, about a 20-minute drive. We stayed here after our safari to rest, and it was quiet and comfortable. Security was good. The hotel also provided a complimentary airport drop-off, which was very convenient, and the minivan was brand new. **Amenities:** There's a small mall right next door with a supermarket where you can buy food and coffee, and there are also a few restaurants. You can access the mall directly from the hotel's elevator, which is very convenient. **Breakfast:** Good. Juice, milk, coffee, freshly made omelets, bread, and fruits. A good variety of dishes. **Service:** Excellent. Check-in was quick and the communication was pleasant."

La Maison Royale - WESTLANDS

"We were put in a twin room next to a construction site where they're making the foundations for a building. Construction started at 8:30am. When we asked to change rooms the woman at reception said there is no construction happening around the hotel, had to show her a picture for her to believe us. Even then she said there were no twin rooms available anywhere else. Hotel layout is really complicated, to get to our rooms we had to take an elevator for three floors, travel across the hotel and get another elevator to our rooms. Water took 10minutes to heat up eventhough we're in a capital city. There was a buzzing noise in the room, and the aircon rattled very loudly when turned on. The man at reception in the afternoon was more helpful. Breakfast buffet was lovely."
