The hotel has a very relaxed feel and is an ideal stopover for travellers arriving in Nairobi from JKIA before continuing their trip via Wilson air*****. I walked to Wilson from the hotel!
This was my second stay and the staff are all super nice. Specisl mention to Richard the ****nal fan on reception

Leon the Receptionist, Immaculate the Reservations Agent and Raynard the Assistant Front office manager were very hospitable...they were very Expressive, keen to details, very informed and Wonderful...Rono the Gym Instructor was also very friendly...the place is more than amaaazing especially the views,,,from Wilson views, garden views to the Carnivore grounds views..The ambience of the restaurant,coffee house and the bar was breathtaking!!,no place I'd rather be when I go to Langata!!! I highly recommend!

We checked into tamarind tree hotel last night after being met at Jomo Kenyatta International airport by our company bodyguard, porter and driver. All of them had signs with our names on it so we knew we were being met by the same company. It took about 25 minutes to drive to the hotel. The check-in process was seamless and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We were in room 243 and it’s very comfortable. I noticed the mattress does not transmit night motion at all. This morning I noticed the shower heated up quickly and delivered a good stream of water, but not hard. Watch out for the tile floors in the bathroom and entryway. They are very slippery when wet. We had coffee provided by the hotel, but the two small 12 ounce bottles of water provided. We’re insufficient for making coffee. We just boiled the water from the tap. At Breakfast I discovered Tree tomato which I had never tasted before. I thought it very nice . They also had passionfruit three kinds of milk and oat porridge along with the assorted breads, egg station and every kind of pastry we’ve had in hotels in the past. I also discovered toasting. The rolls were quite good. Evelyn, our server was very friendly and a joy to talk with.

Evelyn is an awesome waitress. Rooms are large and quiet. Aircon good. Breakfast spread was excellent. Quiet area away from traffic noise, good security and well placed for easy access to main tourist attractions and Wilson airport. Overall great experience

Great rooms, great service, wonderful people. What more could one ask for? Levy and Evelyn were wonderful to work with and the rooms were clean, comfortable. The food was exceptional on all fronts. We would recommend this hotel any day. Keep up the good work.

The hotel is good, but they gave me a room where they had removed the refrigerator, and without a refrigerator in Nairobi it is bad, the toothbrush was missing in the sink, the box was empty, there were no slippers, they were rubber sandals. or plastic, a hotrel of that category cannot miss those details, the cleanliness is good and the friendliness too, twice I had to go down to have my card fixed, I couldn't enter the room

Tamarind Tree is an amazing hotel. The staff are super courteous and strives ro please the customer. Clean, beautiful, cozy are some of the words I'm happy describe the hotel with. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in Nairobi.

It was great. I particularly thank Magdaline, Thomas, Jackson, who were fabulous, attentive and very attentive. I will come back. The rooms are spacious and pleasant. The staff was really great. It was a great experience
