I am writing to express my disappoin**ent regarding my recent experience at La Maison Royal. Despite of selecting and paying for a deluxe queen room at the price of $82, I was provided with a standard small room priced at $63. This discrepancy in accommodation is concerning, and I feel it does not align with the standards expected from La Maison Royal. Additionally, when I requested an official invoice for the payment I had done, the document provided was a dummy Invoice lacked essential details, such as official KRA QR scan code. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of service and transparency. I am genuinely disheartened by this experience and feel compelled to address the matter further!!!!!
