The Trademark Hotel provided great service, with charming staff like Maureen (level six) and Heroes 'Mystique' and 'Wonderwoman' and the security staff on the 9th floor.Fantastic cocktails Village Market was excellent, with a variety of dining and shopping options.

The bed is made with the cover arranged in different designs by Maureen, though i only met her twice for my two weeks of stay 😍 The amenities are always in place. I always look forward to returning to a clean & fresh room! It really feels good 👍 Thanks Trademark!

Excellent service from Dennis Omondi. He is the nicest person. He was very polite and quick to fulfil customer orders and needs. He went out of his way to make sure all of us were comfortable during our stay at Trademark Hotel, Village Market. When you get to Trademark Hotel, kindly ask for Dennis! Five Star!

Really great hotel. Staff so accommodating and friendly. The lady cleaning my room (Maureen) was great. Village Market was a one stop shop for anything I felt I needed to experience or get at the last minute. In a nutshell Nairobi will see me returning!

Wonderful facilities! Clean, food was delicious. Extremely happy with the services including Diana Macharia who was extremely hospitable :) hope to come back again some time in the near future! Would recommend to all friends and family, thanks
