Hotel looks and feel a bit rundown. WiFi doesn’t work and room lighting is very poor.

Susan the waitress has been very supportive and very happy to serve us as MSF team the second time i have attended training here. The stay has been very awesome in general and the view of the place from the rooftop bar is also breathtaking. I can recommend for any person in Nairobi to visit Swiss Belhotel

Excellent food and service. The chef was concerned always. The service did an excellent job Always coming around to check on us I’d recommend anytime for an in town experience. Top notch conference facility The roof top bar has an awesome view of the Nairobi skyline

Tito in rooftop bar made the nicest sangria I've ever had! He is a lovely guy! And I've had a lot from all over Europe! We could happily sit here all night - lovely relaxed atmosphere. Hotel staff are all so polite and can't do enough for you! Lovely place!

The service was excellent. The food was nice. The convenience in meeting guests either from the lounge at 7th floor or the restaurant at ground floor. The Customer Service team is very professional. A kenyan home feeling away in Kileleshwa Kenya.

I had an amazing experience staying for about a week and a half at Swiss - Berlin. Wonderful customer service, amazing accommodation, and the food was really good. I enjoyed blending working from the comfort of my room and relaxing at the rooftop lounge and admiring a beautiful view of Nairobi at night.

I spent approximately two weeks at the Swiss-Belinn in Nairobi on business. My colleague and I both experienced warm and friendly service from all levels of staff throughout our stay. It was like a "home away from home". We ate most of our meals there and they were excellent....cooked fresh and very tasty. The beds were comfortable indeed and the rooms always neatly maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nairobi.

Great service - all the staff went extra-mile for accomodating all requests Room was confortable - everything was clean and well-kept - bathroom a bit small but not a big deal - excellent water pressure in the shower Food in the restaurant very good
