5/5 Stars: Exceptional Presentation and Taste by Chef Timothy I had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Timothy’s incredible culinary skills recently, and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment the meal began, it was clear that he values both presentation and flavor equally. Each dish was presented with meticulous attention to detail, making them almost too beautiful to eat! But, once I did, I was blown away by the perfect blend of flavors and textures. His creativity shines through every dish, delivering a memorable dining experience. Chef Timothy truly knows how to leave a lasting impression with his impeccable skills. I highly recommend this culinary journey to anyone who values exquisite taste and presentation. Can’t wait to return!

Firstly, I experienced issues with your staff by the name Eunice, such as rudeness, lack of assistance and unprofessional behavior. This is the lady who is normally at the Swimming pool area giving out the wrist bands. The specific lady has been very unfriendly to me and my niece and nephew. I understand that managing a hotel and ensuring all guests are happy can be challenging. However, I believe the quality of service and professionalism from staff members is fundamental to a pleasant experience. Why would they be mistreated that way????? I pay every day for them to use your pool 1,000 a day. I pay my couch as well to have them trained. Why should Eunice say that I do not pay???? How then have they been coming for swimming if i don't pay?? Train your staff on how to address your customers.

This is an excellent hotel. I was received and treated well throughout my 24 hour stay. The room and it's amenities are almost top notch. The whole place is serene. There was literally no noise. The service at the restaurant was very good. In short it was a serendipitous encounter. The only minor issue is the need to improve directions to the hotel from Mombasa Road. The road itself needs attention. Thank you for your hospitality. You can be rest assured I will revisit you. By the way thanks for the complentary shuttle. I could not believe it. Ahsanteni sana.

We had a delay with the pick up from the airport, but other than that. It was very accommodating. Room was noce , clean . And the staff was very nice

The hotel is reasonably priced, close to the airport, and our package included full breakfast daily. Our team enjoyed the food immensely. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend 67 Hotel and plan to stay there again.

Thank you for being accommodating. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful. The bus driver took me to the airport. The gym attended was helpful and friendly. And the people in the cafeteria were kind and friendly and the food was good.

The worst check in ever. The woman in the reception didn’t pay any attention, no info, rude. I really didn’t feel welcome. But. Check out was efficient and immediately a nice and comfortable transportation to the airport. Next time I’m in Nairobi I will spend some more money and get a nicer place.

Everything was as expected. Prompt airport transfers Just about 20 minutes drive Clean rooms with good towels and linen Reasonable restaurant and bar Nice shower etc Good value for money. Recommend for anyone wanting an overnight on a budget
