Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately one of the worst experiences we’ve had in a so-called 4-star property. The hotel is actually located inside a shopping mall, which already sets a very different tone than what was advertised. From the moment we arrived, the problems started: • Elevator barely working, often getting stuck or malfunctioning. • Air conditioning in the hotel was weak and barely cooled the room. • Room was not properly cleaned – dust, stains, and an overall feeling of poor maintenance. • The breakfast was almost inedible, with very limited and low-quality options. • Instead of a relaxing atmosphere, we had to walk through an active construction site every day just to reach the restaurant. • The swimming pool was closed for re-tiling, even though the hotel advertises itself as having a pool – a key reason we booked in the first place. • The restaurant furniture was falling apart, including cabinets and fixtures. The whole place felt old, outdated, and in desperate need of a major renovation. We informed the hotel about all these issues, provided photos and details, and kindly asked for a refund. Despite the clear evidence and the unacceptable conditions, the hotel refused to return our money. We ultimately canceled our second night and left early because the conditions were simply not tolerable. This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. It felt neglected, misrepresented, and poorly managed. Sadly, it ruined what was meant to be a relaxing stay. We strongly advise other travelers to avoid it until serious renovations and management improvements are made.
