The worst stay I had. I went with my 2 kids and I’m 28 weeks pregnant. I had got a confirmation email on 3rd November confirming my booking. When I messaged them on 9th asking the location when I was on the way to the area they said they had not confirmed me and the lady who sent me the confirmation was no longer working there. When I reached the apartment the water in the sink was block, no drainage. The electricity in the room was not working. It took ages for hot water to come in. The fridge didn’t close properly so nothing stayed cold. And the fan was broken so it was hot and uncomfortable in the room. There was mosquitos in the room. My 5yr old and 2yr were so unconformable throughout the night. When I sent them videos and pictures of all of these things and informed them on the first night itself regarding all of this they just thanked me for them. I asked them for some kind of compensation or to shift me they completely refused until 2 staff members came and one of them threatened me that the security will not open the gate if I don’t make the full payment. I would never stay with them again. I had initially stayed with them in July and a woman called Cynthia helped me and was SUPER. Her hosting skills and welcoming was amazing and that’s why I came again. It’s a shame she doesn’t work for them anymore because the staff now are rude and and def not accommodating.

I booked through ********** for a private room. When I showed up, they claimed not to have my money and asked me to pay twice until they could sort out my the confusion. Then the room they put me in was a shared room, to get a private room they charged me almost 50% more and put me in a different part of town. The second room was very nice so regardless of their poor management I decided to stay there again when I went back through Nairobi. I confirmed my return reservation in person with Nathan and Lillian, including the dates and expressly asked if there was anything else I needed to do to confirm the reservation. The day of arrival back into Nairobi I was told by Nathan that they had sold the room to someone else and that they’d look for another room for me… Save yourself time and stress and DO NOT BOOK WITH EDMOR.

Firstly, I would like to thank Nathan for making my stay at Edmor Residences worthwhile. Nathan started communicating with me before I arrived in Nairobi. He was always there to answer any questions I had. He was on hand during my stay. He came when I first checked in and gave me a warm welcome. Secondly, Edmor Residences was very clean when I first arrived. The cleaner attended daily although I made sure I didn't mess the place! The kitchen and bathroom were all well equipped. Lastly, I will definately book Edmor Residences when I'm next in Nairobi and recommend to friends and family

I like feeling welcome, family atmosphere generally clean. The location is good and near shopping centre. There is help in the form of a chef who is well experienced with loads of choices to select and nothing is not catered for.

No Wi-Fi internet and they don’t care about there customers. Place is full of mosquitoes and if you don’t want to have malaria please avoid this place. One of there managers called Lilian she doesn’t care at all. You can’t even have cell phones reception inside the house.
