Not even a middle class hotel, low 1star experience. No air con, dirty rooms and over charge for driver to pick up at the airport and to drive you to dinner. Dinner at an expensive resort was less than what the driver charged total of 35 USD plus additional SHK 2000 for trip of one hour, to a restaurant that he chose, which was situated only 15 min from the very bad hotel. Not nice breakast not on time! I had to cook part of it myself, dirty & smelly restaurant & kitchen

The best place to be,very welcoming staffs,quite place and fresh African dishes Very strong wifi, accessible in the rooms,due to the nature of my project I requested room service that was done on time I will definitely visit again

Dirty hotel zero sevice and staff that were overcharging for transport! I paid 35 USD to get picked up by a driver/not even ni e the van wasa wreck, then he wanted 2000 Kenyan shilling extra to drive me to a restaurant nearby (15 mindrive). Use UBER instead! Also room wasdirty, tovels and sheets had holes, no fridge, no aircon, the staff was begging me to give them chocolate? And additionally make myself usefil to the staff?!? And, breakfast room was dirty, they should serve so I couould go at 08AM bit I got a pice of toast and one egg & one saisage 5 min before 08 AM. No juice, one cip of coffee, which I didn’t have the chance to drink, as they didn’t openthe restaurant. Do NOT go here! It’s honestly crap! Oh, the showerwas either burning hot or ice cold, there was no inbetween.
