It's not that clean. The air-conditioning doesn't work. I was changed to a different room. Even that air-condition didn't work. The reception lady was nice enough to provide fan. But customer service not that great. The toilet was particularly dirty. One light didn't work so it was quite dim in the toilet. Only provided 1 towel. Had to ask for one more. Seems like they don't check the room properly before giving to the guests. If some effort is put in, this hotel would be a nice place to stay in.

Front desk service is good, room is dated, just good for a one night transfer stay. Boma inn is a cheaper version of the Boma hotel, you got what you pay for, so no complaints. You can use the facilities in Boma hotel. Tembo restaurant is good too.

The location is convenient. It is very convenient to call Uber. You can choose to start at Boma Hospitality college, which is a hotel management college. It is a business affiliated to the hotel group. You can see many uniformed students passing through it every day.

Disappoin**ent because there is no restaurant on site, the terrace is sadly emptied of its tables, the outside bar is no longer used. The rooms do not look like the photos given on the site and Finally the services announced no longer exist, all taking place at The Boma from now on. Breakfast is offered to you upon arrival for an additional fee of 20 dollars per person...
Fortunately the Tembo Bistrot is only a few steps away and the staff there are very welcoming.

While the staff was very helpful, I found the reception unstaffed on both check in and check out. I checked in in the early afternoon but had to wait twenty minutes for a staff member to appear.
