Eldon Apartments & Suites

Something just ain’t right. On Christmas Eve we show to this place with a booking for a two bedroom apartment. Alas, no apartment is available….but I paid. The lady in the front desk has the nerve to say that she has an attitude because she is pissed off by her colleague. Not sure how that was my problem. Oh well….just not a place I would stay after the way the rooms were looking.

All the staff are amazing, Sera the manager upgraded me and my daughters from standard to deluxe, the first two days we were they were very friendly and nice. Margraet from housekeeping was so lovely and kind didn't push us to get out of the room for cleaning and was very polite and professional. Also, Margaret, the receptionist had so nice smile, she was friendly, and kind when it came to asking questions and queries, and she responded politely. The cleaning was amazing and the bed sheets were relaxing to sleep on. The towels for showering are fluffy and clean. Overall the stay was lovely everyone was so nice and had lovely welcoming smiles that made us feel at home. The area is safe and secure. Feels like home at Eldon Villas because of the safeguarded area promised and guaranteed. It is near convenient areas such as the local junction mall and the city center. I would highly recommend coming to Eldon Villas for all who are looking for somewhere to stay within Nairobi, due to its great access, security quality, and staff.

Eldon is a perfect middle range alternative in Nairobi. Located near the swedish school. Excellent service. Lost my luggage and the staff (Serah) helped me out a lot. Situated in the western part of Nairobi so same direction as Karen.

Says they have A/C and they dont. Says they have wifi and it doesnt work past the first floor. TV is terrible. You have to BEG for towels. They give you 4 for 4 people and expect that to last 2 days, with no slip protection outside of shower. The showers are TERRIBLE! Either cold barely coming out or scalding hot full blast no inbetween. The staff I feel bad for. They are nice but not allowed to make any decisions on their own.

This is the third time I've stayed at Eldon Villas and Apartments. I can say that I really loved it first time, and it keeps getting better every time I come. I've been here 4 weeks this time and still here . I don't want to leave . The staff are to a person very friendly, kind and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them if you need to enquire about something. You also have a 24 hour reception staff and a direct line to them. Security is tight with 24 hour guards who are also friendly and polite. The maintenance staff and gardeners who look after the grounds and swimming pool do a fantastic job. The complex gardens near the pool are an absolute oasis of beauty..the best I've seen anywhere in Nairobi. They work all day every day on its upkeep and the gardens, trees flowers and patios are beautiful. The swimming pool is a good size and cleaned immaculately every day. The location could not be better...5 minutes walk to the large and impressive Junction Mall on Ngong Road. Also right next door to the excellent bar and restaurant called ' Brew Bistro' where I went every night. The apartments themselves are huge , very comfortable and have smart tv with Netflix and YouTube etc and a lovely big balcony and full kitchen and lounge facilities. They have a new on site restaurant and staff since the last time I was here. Open from early morning till evening the food and service is superb and they also deliver your choice cooked to your apartment if requested. I thoroughly recommend this apartment complex if you come to stay in Nairobi for any reason- business or pleasure. My ' hats off ' to Sara, Joyce , Peter , Margaret and Lorna, and all the other staff. You do an excellent first class job on a daily basis and deserve all the praise which comes your way. Very bad internet, bad electricity bad attitude with the management, a lot of mosquitoes

This is the econd time we have stayed at Eldon Villas - the first being for four weeks in March 2020. I have found on both occasions Eldon Villas to be very good value for money in terms of the size of the apartment and the service received. Our second stay was better than the first due to the staff changes made between 2020 and 2022. The new staff staff Team are much more professional - very helpful, kind and friendly. We had one slight misunderstanding relating to visitors - however once the management understood that we were receiving family visitors (my wife is Kenyan and we used Eldon as a base for hosting visiting family members) there were no further issues. The accommodation is large, comfortable and excellent value for money. The cleaning staff were very friendly - and by the time we left we were virtually on first name terms with them all. Similarly, the management team were able to respond to all our requests quickly, efficiently and provide a good outcome. Disregard the reviews that suggest that the accomodation is poor - it is excellent value for money. Spacious apartments, cleaned daily. Bed sheets and towels changed twice per week and the rooms cleaned to a high standard. A very welcome additon since 2020 is the excellent restaurant - we had several meals delivered to the apartment and they were superb!! Eldon Villas is very close to The Junction Mall which is another plus - and the security staff are very efficient - whilst still friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Eldon Villas highly enough in terms of value for money, safety and security, friendliness of staff, and great location. Two other things that need to be mentioned - there is a delightful pool in the complex and you are able to swim daily between 8am and 6pm. The pool area has seating to allow sunbathing and it is a quiet haven of tranquility allowing you to relax and enjoy the sun - there is also a very well equipped gym which i beleive is open 24/7. Collins, Mercy and co - you are doing an excellent good job at Eldon Villas!! It is a home from home in Nairobi - and I hope you will all welcome us back next time around!! Neil Johnson and family

Best home away from home and very comfy . The kitchen is well equipped , running hot tap water in plenty The gazebo at the pool side is excellent for afternoon drink up or late lunch with friends. Rooms were cleaned daily Internet was working well through your stay Rooms large enough and loved the concept of no tv in the bedroom … Will visit again soon
