這次出行，攜程［立大功］。機票預訂的是全機場都找不到的航班，機場工作人員幫忙各種找。最後發現攜程出票的航班可能是另外一個航空公司的，幸好最後也走了。到肯尼亞，晚上到酒店，前台告知沒預訂訊息，好在客服凌晨2點半還在，半小時後處理問題，説是系統原因［衹想翻白眼，前台説剛收到代理的預訂我也不想和攜程掰扯］。
國內可以説是國內十幾年前賓館四星的標準，乾淨整潔，沒有洗漱用品和一次性拖鞋。隔音比較差，玻璃窗是關不牢的，風吹會很響。工作人員態度都很好，見面會很熱情的打招呼問好，會主動幫忙解決問題。早飯還行，能吃飽，估計餐廳比較暗的問題導致看什麼都不太有食慾。水果種類每天不太多，鳳梨很甜。周邊位置也安全，離丫丫打車很近。

The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast was not wonderful in my opinion, not as good or extensive as Best Westerns in Nairobi or the Kisumu Sarova…rooms a bit on the older side and hallways are very echoey! So a bit loud. Otherwise nice gym facilities and lovely pool!

Excellent hospitality and service from check in to check out. Incredible staff. Ever ready and willing to accommodate our group needs. Pretty and spacious rooms, with a nice stately bathroom. Exceptional hospitality from Charity, so incredible person she is!!

We were on our honeymoon and my wife got food posining from the hotel resteraunt, they did not even offer to cancel the bill, which is very basic. The rooms are not fit for purpose, they have a single glazed sliding door which does nothing and let's air and alot of street noise from the outside in, so we could not sleep, the rooms are very dated. Overall really disappointed, would not stay again.

Very well maintained. Very modern. Hotel is quiet in a good location. Surroundings are safe. Service was excellent. The way I was treated here might spoil me when I go elsewhere. Food at the restaurant was great. Pool is always heated in the colder months.

We have stayed here many times , although this lady visit has seen the hotel slide a little with standards. Checking in took ages and despite having made a booking weeks earlier we had to go for a drink whilst they found rooms. On other occasions of using reception there was a distinct lack of staff resulting in a longer wait than I'd expect. The pool area doesn't seem to be conducive to sunbathing and swimming as it is more of a back drop of corporate events and functions. The food was very good despite one evening of three plates being sent back as it was inedible . I have never ever experienced this with Sarova before. The overall impression I get is the priority is with corporate clients and functions rather than tourists. This the level of attention to detail has slipped sadly .

This is my third time here and standards are always high. The rooms are comfortable and impeccable, the food is excellent and the service is off-the-charts it is so good. A special shout out to my friend Safari in the Flame Tree restaurant who is the best waiter in Kenya, bar none.
