まず、3時チェックインより1時間早く着き、中に入ったら真っ暗で誰も居ない。 雨の中、30分時間潰し2.30に車を停めると 『3時まで中に入ることもできません傘を貸すのでどこかで』と… 周りには何もなく土砂降りの中本当に困りました。 チェックインできなくても良いから、せめて旅館の中に入れて欲しかった。 未だかつて、こんな旅館は初めてです💢 すべて、旅館側の都合良いタイミングで動かされている感が強い。 温泉自体はさすが四万温泉！ とても素晴らしいです。 次回は違う旅館を探します。 残念ながら、リピート無しです。

Wonderful stay at this Ryokan. Staff was very friendly and our kids loved it so much they wanted to come back as soon as possible. Dinner and breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely return in the future.

I can’t say enough about how lovely this property is! Clean, easy to get to with public transportation and the staff is very accommodating and friendly! The bath is amazing! If you are adventurous in dining i recommend getting dinner included! Everything was wonderful! I will definitely return!
