This is the third or fourth time. What I like most is ``The three free private hot springs and meals.'' The gentle sound quality and quiet scenery are soothing. The temperature was good and I went in again and again. I'm glad that the meals are served in my room, and since I'm a fast eater, the pace of the meals was just right for me, and the detailed explanations made me feel at ease. The rooms and the inside of the building are always clean and tidy, and there are few customers, so you can enjoy a quiet relaxing experience. The reason I always go to Gunma is because I want to go to Hinatamikan. They noticed that I was a repeat customer and gave me a drink as a gift. (Thank you for that comment.) This was my first time using this service, but I have become a fan due to their wonderful service. I stayed in a room along the river, and it was spacious, clean, and a great place to truly relax. I was able to use the bath by myself and it was relaxing, and even after just soaking in the bath for about 10 minutes, my body felt warm and warm from the quality of the spring water long after I got out. The food used local ingredients, looked and tasted great, and was served to perfection. I felt that the hospitality and service provided by all the employees made me feel more comfortable than anything else. I chose this inn because I was exhausted from work and wanted to go to a hot spring, but it turned out to be a really relaxing trip. From now on, I would like to visit every year as my family's regular accommodation.

All of the hot springs are reserved for private use, and there are 3 types of hot springs, and we were supposed to bathe in them when we had free time, but we were able to bathe in all 3 types. Your skin will be smooth after entering. The food is beautiful and delicious, and if there's something you can't eat, please let us know in advance and we'll change it to something else. There are many famous places, but I decided to stay here because I thought the atmosphere would be to my liking. The proprietress is the interior coordinator, so the interior is stylish. All the furnishings are clean. The ingredients of the hot spring are Shima Onsen. The power of hot springs that have been boiling for a long time is unbelievable. It's no wonder that it's the most popular hot spring in Shima Onsen right now, and the reviews on various sites are pretty high.

I used it yesterday, and thank you for your help. The cleanliness, food, reception, etc. 💮. The three hot spring baths were relaxing and the best. The only one was not only a yukata, but a samue (jinbei) style yukata. (I'm not used to wearing a yukata, so the front part looks sloppy.) This was my second stay at Shima Onsen, and I would like to visit it again when the greenery is fresh. 結婚記念日のお祝い旅行と親孝行を兼ねて、こちらの宿を予約させて頂きました。 川魚は苦手な方でしたが、こちらで頂いたサクラマスのお作り、イワナの茶漬け、とても美味しかったです。 お風呂があるお部屋を選んだので、四万温泉のお湯を存分に味わう事が出来て、とても良かったです。 四万温泉の熱めのお湯は、主人のお気に入りとなりました。 また、ぜひ利用させてもらいたいお宿です。 お食事がダイニングルームだったのですが、 他のお客様と気を使うくらい近かったので、星を一つ少なくしました。

What particularly impresses me is the quality of the salted plums. The pickles, which are ordinary, are excellent. Even if you're full, you can still eat rice with pickles. The dining room is only separated from the neighbor by a thin bamboo fence, so it lacks a sense of privacy, but the staff's call button is located on the desk, which shows that they are attentive. ②The building and rooms are kept very neat and clean. Personally, I don't like that the washing area in the bathroom is made of concrete and there are no drainboards. ③There is no large public bath, but three private baths are available. You can see which seats are vacant by looking at the electronic bulletin board on the first floor. You can enjoy a sense of privacy that you can't find in a large public bath. However, there is no air conditioner, only a small fan, and you have to bring your own towels from your room, which makes it difficult to use. ④The staff's service is also good. However, the lack of a final farewell may need improvement. ⑤ There is nothing in the refrigerator in the room, but there is a large refrigerator in the lobby, where you can take your favorite drinks, fill out a slip, and pay when checking out. I think it's an efficient system.

客室も清潔、料理もおいしく、スタッフのホスピタリティも良かった。また、川沿いの部屋で、川の流れる音を聞きながら、風呂上がりのビールも最高でした。夕食時、ワインを持ち込みましたが、チャックイン時に冷やしておいてくださいと頼むと、夕食時、ワインバケットに入れられた持ってきていただき、最高のコンディションでワインと夕食を楽しめました。ただ、個人的には温泉の温度が高すぎ。お風呂が3つあるので、ぬるめ・普通・暑め　等にしていただくとさらに満喫できたと思います。元々四万温泉の源泉は60度ぐらいと聞きましたが。
